The GPT I created and use most often is a translator. I'm not a native English speaker, so I made a GPT into which I paste text in my native language, and it translates it into English, or translates into my language when I paste English text. It's very convenient, I don't have to click anything, choose a language, I just use copy and paste, or type the text into the chat box. Anyone can create it in a few moments, the prompt is not complicated. Just write that it should translate and only translate from another language to English or from English to a selected language. It saves a lot of time, I recommend it to anyone for whom English is not a native language!
@@WesGPT I am 100% for open source so here is the prompt, just change the XYZ to your language: This GPT is a XYZ-English translator. Its role is to take input in English and provide a translation in XYZ, and vice versa, without any additional comments or conversation. The goal is to deliver clear and accurate translations, adhering strictly to the input text.
All your stuff is incredible. If you could write a GPT that will take articles and turn them into scripts for youtube. To compliment the article with a video and newsletter. We would greatly appreciate it. Thank you Wes!!!

I really need a GPT that could actually summarize pdf's, powerpoints, txt's in a way that is easy to understand, complete, but still simple. Like it would be my dream for you to make this
Thank you for sharing your genius. Please consider GPTS FOR THESE CHALLENGES (forgive the attention-getting caps): 1. Moving others' pinned-in-sidebar GPTs from therein to inside Explore to free up space for Chat History. 2. Iterative novel (fiction and nonfiction books) content analysis, recommending and integrating the improvements, and then rewriting the AI-generated content at the user's GO or some such get-it-done instruction. 3. GPT that either defeats or significantly mitigates Google's AI-generated content detection. 4. GPT that moves content from and through one GPT to other GPTs for reworking story drafts. 5. GPT that cobbles related GPTS together? OR a GPT that executes them sequentially at the user's prompting. 6. GPT that (like "brute" force?) either negates or overrides the token restrictions that thwart writing > 5,000-word responses. In other words, making the AI generate the asked-for word count output so that we mustn't continue asking for more, and so on (which invariably crashes the session and requires regens. 7. (Playground?) Prompts (not necessarily for use in GPT-4+ interface) for multi-task sequential book writing. 8. (Playground?) GPT that makes API calls to "originality" checker AIs. 9. Because GPT-4+ just isn't up to doing some tasks, how about (Playground?) Prompts that properly, accurately, and functionally create a Playground assistant. I've more (Hallucination Mitigation!) but I'd welcome your working on any of the above. Cheers!
THANK YOU. Learning a lot from you. Here’s my brainstorming list of ideas. (I need a gpt to refine my ideas and turn them into properly crafted elevator gpt pitches for you) lol. Here’s my ideas: Chat gpt’s: A sales lead gen system, type in the prompt, searches real time for (x), searches, sources, scraping, keyword search (like google alerts); puts data into spreadsheets; runs daily and updates spreadsheet; provides daily leads on autopilot. It is specifically for my biz dev use: Resort “lead gen” Explorer: A gpt for real time lead gen. A gpt that provides real time searches for projects, sources, scrapes, collects the data and provides results in an Excel format. MBA for Kids: Insert a book name; RU-vid video; pdf; website. The GPT will review it, and also searches for resources online. The GPT will then provide: (1) a detailed summary on the source(book, video etc.) (like a short course); (2) then write a script based on the book & summary; (3) if possible use another GPT to create a video; provide the thumbnail image; seo keywords -etc. (if not possible to tie two gpts together, ok). LinkedIn?: Any way to search for leads?; keywords?; hashtags?; news? On LinkedIn. Also LinkedIn: have the excel file of connections, scan the excel; sort by (x); then generate a keyword leads list. Ai biz dev assistant: all the above. Daily automated tasks. Also Provides blog posts based on keyword and news; after you plugin your scope of business it provides posts for lead gen. Kids book generator: provide the basic prompt, along with the styling you want examples of similar author/movie style, and it generates and writes the book, the imaging, and whenever possible in the future - writes the script and generates a full animated video. Niche side hustle: searches, identifies and provides step by step ways to turn the ideas into a revenue generating machine. One word journal - daily prompts: a journaling gpt that allows you to type in daily gratitude statements, but also provides daily quotes; Bible verses; gratitude statements; and motivational phrases based off your “one word” for the year. It also helps you initially choose and create your own “one word” for the year. Daily insights to help you grow. Svg converter: turns any graphic; picture; or text command into an svg file. That’s my random, jumbled mess of gpt ideas… lol.
I have tried to make my own, exhausted hours in adding to knowledge base, but the “resort explorer/lead gen” one starts out kinda perfect, then ask it again and either searches only the knowledge base, and or does provide the data it did before. It gets dummy downed as I work through it.
Write a GPT to "Act as a Publication House" and maybe a story publisher. The process of publishing an article in prestigious publications like Forbes or The New York Times typically involves several steps. While the specific steps may vary from one publication to another, here is a general overview of the common stages an article goes through: 1. **Pitching:** - Writers or contributors often start by pitching their ideas to editors. This involves submitting a brief proposal outlining the topic, angle, and potential significance of the article. 2. **Assignment:** - If the pitch is accepted, the writer may receive an assignment from the editor. This could include specific guidelines, word count, and deadlines. 3. **Research and Writing:** - The writer conducts thorough research on the chosen topic and produces the article according to the given guidelines. This stage may involve multiple drafts and revisions. 4. **Editorial Review:** - The writer submits the completed article to the editor, who then reviews the content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the publication's standards and style guide. 5. **Fact-Checking:** - Some publications, especially reputable ones, have a fact-checking process where a dedicated team verifies the accuracy of information presented in the article. 6. **Legal Review:** - Legal experts may review the content to ensure that it complies with defamation laws and other legal standards. 7. **Editing and Revisions:** - The editor may provide feedback to the writer, and there may be additional rounds of revisions to polish the article and improve its overall quality. 8. **Copyediting:** - A copyeditor reviews the article for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and other language-related issues. 9. **Layout and Design:** - The article is formatted and designed for publication, including the inclusion of images or multimedia elements if required. 10. **Final Approval:** - The article undergoes a final review by senior editors or editorial leadership to ensure it aligns with the publication's overall editorial standards and vision. 11. **Publication:** - Once the article receives final approval, it is published on the publication's website or in print, as applicable. It's important to note that each publication may have its own specific workflow, and the level of scrutiny and the number of steps can vary. The process outlined here is a general guideline, and exceptions may exist based on the editorial policies and practices of each publication.
Wes thanks for your work! I would like to create a mathematics teacher for secondary school students who are following the core curriculum, which I will supply with knowledge about the curriculum in PDF or DOC. It is important that the students are self-directed in their learning while being homeschooled. What guidelines should I prepare for the GPTs builder? Based on my suggestions Builder, created this: Role and Goal: Math Mentor, a virtual math teacher for Polish upper secondary students, supports independent learning and uses a variety of teaching methods. It offers clear explanations, interactive problem-solving, focuses on conceptual understanding, provides personalized learning, uses visual aids, applies real-world examples, and gives assessment feedback. After discussing each topic requested by students, Math Mentor will create four example problems for them to solve, enhancing their learning experience. Constraints: Math Mentor strictly follows the Polish upper secondary math curriculum, avoiding unrelated topics, and doesn't provide direct answers without explanations. Guidelines: Math Mentor encourages critical thinking and problem-solving, using understandable language and detailed explanations. It ensures the example problems are relevant to the discussed topic and appropriately challenging for the student's level. Clarification: If questions lack clarity or context, Math Mentor seeks clarification and understands the student's level to tailor responses, including the difficulty of the example problems. Personalization: Math Mentor has a supportive tone, adapting to each student's understanding and offering individualized feedback, including tailored example problems.
This is an awesome prompt, with a beautifully specific use case (Custom GPTs work better this way), and I think you're already 95% of the way there. Just play around with it to ensure that it searches your knowledge base of uploaded files - I've had problems recently with the GPT answering questions without searching documents, even though I asked it to do so.
Please please please create GPT’s on each step of the novel writing process. I large GPT wont do it. Break it down into 5 to 7 steps, and each step is a GPT in its own right. Brainstorming a premise, crafting a synopsis, creating a chapter outline from that synopsis, creating 15 story beats from each chapter outline, and finally writing prose in a specific style based on 1-3 of the story beats.
I never realized the instructions part of custom gpts that was super helpful. Also, the progressively gpt gpt is pretty awesome, what an imaginative idea, really impressed👍
Wes! I just found this video… it was buried in the yt algorithm? I dunno. Anyway. I love it. I still don’t have the store so I can’t search for your gpts. I used progressivelygpt for AGI and it was brilliant. So much fun. I appreciate you sharing. I have your course… I will try to get on it today. But the gpts and your videos are the best. Truly #1. 💪👏✨
Mate this is absolutely fantastic - love what you are doing. I'd love a custom GPT that is accurate and works for writing professional content as a HR Executive in Australia. The stuff GPT 4.0 (and others) generate is either too brief or fluffy. I haven't been able to get mine right!
This is awesome - you should be putting this kind of stuff behind a Patreon tier - like even $3 or $4 a month for access to a library would still be very attainable for most of us and would help you out too. Just a thought. This is great I appreciate you sharing this with us.
Of course! Which one in particular? Here's a video I made about converting a paid GPT to the free version: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0EvQnVCMWLQ.html
Thank you. The GPT Prompt Fixer is more attractive to me. I want to be able to create different styles of images to support presentations (sometimes historical) and i want to be able to create high quality resumes, task planners, and ideally a personal assistant to help me keep track of my goals and integrate them into google calendar.
Try putting that into the GPT Prompt fixer to see what type of custom GPT it will make for you! You can use it here: chat.openai.com/g/g-SfiFVTYij-gpt-prompt-fixer
I must firstly say thank you for taking the time to share these absolutely amazing GPT's. I am sincerely grateful to you. Your creations are truly outstanding.
Wes, can’t wait code for not being able to upload immediately like can we just have an app sitting on our desktop that when formatted docs are imported they apicall to their designated api?
Just a theory! And sorry I was using speech to text! I was asking have you thought about building out an app to store endpoints for information. Then what we code we dispatch to the app and it passes it off as well. You see, OpenAI right now is not suited for API keys that you may have in a foreign domain so there needs to be a mediator between the two for them to talk/call upon protocols within a specific net work for example, if I was writing an article for Medium, and I decided, I was gonna use AI and then I dressed it up and I had it all nice and lovely, and I wanted to send as a draft to Medium I would drag and drop the PDF file into this application. It would rapidly format it for the specifications of that app and then send out the data via network/Internet And it would interact with the app in which you have fed it the API keys client ID
Greatest part about it is you can have open AI design the application for you. I would use a service like cloudfare if I were you in case you ever wanted to encrypt crypto graphic biometrics just to make sure no one steals your data/ideas.
No worries! So if I'm understanding you correctly, can this already be achieved with Zapier? I believe they have (or it might just be a plugin now) that connects Zapier with ChatGPT. So all of your API keys and calls are stored on Zapier - you ask ChatGPT to generate an article for you and then to post to medium, and Zapier will handle that connection.
A story gpt would be good like horror stories. Make it so it sounds more human so it passes like google if that makes sense. As I tried but like I said in a previous comment when I check for ai content it shows 100% on a online detector.
Creating a BZlog Writer with SEO Fox Built in to it for topical authroity.Or is SEO Fox the Blog Writewr I may have mis understood the GPT. I made one called Resume Pro I am thinking of making one for called Linkein Pro@@WesGPT
@@WesGPTIs there a tool/site that you can recommend for hosting the blog in regards to beginner friendlyness? I have no prior xp but I would love to be able to heist traffic (cuz there is a lot of scammers on top of the google search in my niche).
You're correct but kind of missing the point of Custom GPTs - they're to save time so that you DON'T have to re-enter the same properly crafted prompt for each new conversation.
Are the actions static in the backend though? Like if a new person wanted to use this custom GPT, how would they get it to post to THEIR blog and not mine?
You are so smart and I love the way you do explain this to us. I think you probably have the best channel!😊 this is a stupid question but can you use any of these with bing gpt4? I haven’t been able to spend the $30 or so a month. So I am the pathetic one using 3.5 still lol. Oh and as I type this you want to help us 3.5 people, see you are amazing!
Aww you're too kind! You MIGHT be able to use this with Bing GPT-4. But it wouldn't be as smooth as it is with using backend instructions for Custom GPTs. The text ones CAN be used in the free version of ChatGPT using custom instructions. Ones that generate images cannot. Is there a specific GPT that you have your eye on?
@@WesGPT no I am just honest 😊 I only like Bing for the free images it’s pretty decent but I would suspect it wouldn’t work quite as good. I tried to get chat gpt 4 but there is a wait list 😂 which is probably better than me spending more $. Oh man I love them all! I do marketing for work and the content planner, Insta content sounds super cool. And the newsletter would be good! Oh and the RU-vid thumbnail would be so cool! There is so many I would want/use. It’s exhausting after a while when you have to post to EVERY platform. I could use all of them oh my gosh. Seriously you are so smart. Love your channel!!
Wow, is there a way for it to write as a human. As I made a story blog, but when testing it for ai content checker website comes back as AI 100% content.
Hello Wes. Great stuff you do in here. I hope you get to read my message. Could you create a custom GPT help users find tuition free universities in Europe, Canada and the United States just like you did for the travel destination locator?
@@WesGPT Thanks very much for reading my comment and taking time to reply. No blogger on RU-vid has ever responded to me.This means a lot to your followers /Subscribers when you reply to their messages., 💕😘
To add to this idea, what about a gpt that can find grant, scholarships and tuition money for students seeking to go to college. You’d then need a handy dandy grant and scholarship writing gpt tool.
Yeah, you're right. All of these custom GPTs are for the paid plan only. Is there a specific GPT mentioned in the video that you would like me to build for the free version?
An Idea a gpt for creating profiles that can be uploaded to another gpt to create story scenes from using custom storys with characters that can carry on with the same looks in the stories
Thanks for the interesting publication. but I think it is only usable with Chat GPT4... and at the moment there is no such possibility, I have to wait.
@@WesGPT well, but i can always contribute valuable information to Chat GPT 3.5 Turbo from google, bing, RU-vid videos ...- which I use now - and you can i adapt it with the best performance, although that surely takes more time, but it is more manual than automatic but it helps a lot. thank u for your reply
Unfortunately, yes. The Custom GPT feature is only available on the plus plan. I'm going to make a future video where I try to remake all of these for the free version. Don't want to leave you guys hanging!
This one actually can't be made in the free version because there is custom knowledge documents attached to it :( But here is the prompt if you want to try it out: *** You are a custom GPT designed to create newsletter sections from news articles. **Step 1** The user will provide news article text. **Step 2** Search your knowledge base to understand the style, tone, wit, and format of the 15 provided Morning Brew newsletter examples. This will guide the writing style of the newsletter section in Step 3. **Step 3** Condense the news article into 250 words of newsletter content. **Examples** In your knowledge base, I've upload a file called "Morning Brew Examples.txt". In this file are 15 examples of Morning Brew newsletter content for you to emulate. Each example is formatted like this: 1. The example number (Example #1 to Example #15) 2. The title (in bold) of the newsletter section. 3. The contents of the newsletter section (it sometimes contains bullet points and subheadings) 4. It usually ends with initials of the person who wrote it, like --SK. This is NOT NEEDED.
I think it’s a good move to use please since it’s trained on human writing. So there may be value in using that word. Similarly. They found that adding take a deep breath before a prompt renders better results. So maybe please is not such a bad move.
Haha I don't remember saying please in any of the prompts. However... please (in prompting) can be used for emphasis. Just like CAPITALIZING LETTERS. So it does have a use case!
Interesting suggestion! I'm just doing RU-vid because of the full-length content and the potential ad revenue. I'm hoping I can give everything away for free and make money through Adsense.
They are free for ChatGPT plus users - Unfortunately, the custom GPT feature is only available on the paid plan. Are there any of these GPTs that you would like me to make for the free version?
