Another amazing performance by this school. Is there some secret TALENT ingredient in the water in Fairlawn, N.J.? This gal is so at home on the stage and she owned this part. Accolades once again !!
I'm in the PVA program in my school aka Performing and Visual Arts. I'm in or theatre and were doing this play this year I'm watching to get feel of the play. This program is going to get me places just for being in it for 2 years paays off all my high school credits. And for my junior year i will be put in as an iterm in a production agency. Oh yeah i'm a freshman! 2016!
Are you Christine? Please tell me you're pursuing some kind of performance career in college. This show looks like it was a huge success. My only complaint is that the ensemble hit some really bad chords in the background, which took away from Christine's fabulous performance. You could tell by the end of that song that it wore her out! Absolutely fantastic video. Thanks for sharing it!
My school's doing this play this year and I'm just so excited! I'm in the play as part of the ensemble. I'm sorry to say in every song I've seen the Ensemble in your schools version the get a lot of parts wrong. But seeing your school do this play (Very well as I've noticed unlike a few others I've seen) makes me really excited even if I'm play a minor part. I just love this play!
I watched this just to see if they did the "dog gag." I wonder if thr writer's had that in mind first, or if the choreographers saw the opportunity while writing the dance steps and suggested it. The latter seems more likely.
I'm hoping I can audition for this.. They are doing it at an all boys school and I'm a girl and I go to another school. But the only problem is that the school is so far away, I'd have to take the train! :(
I mean the notes they're singing. They get the notes wrong and it ruins the song. And I'm sorry to say it because I don't like insulting people and I know to some people that could be very insulting.
There is a reason the dynamic of the set/choreography doesn't match the rest. It's cool to use the same designs as Broadway, but it doesn't work if the rest of the show isn't streamline as well. That's why it's Broadway.
