Nothing quite like driving a 900 Classic turbo. The ultimate 80's Saab experience, including the lag and the sudden turbo pull. Very cool car Brian has. That was a very fun week. Looking forward to more Saab Meets!

Wish I could've went! I'm surprised this is your first 900 turbo drive! I want another one but I just can't cheat on my 9-5 Aero wagons! They're the absolute best i.m.o! Thanks for sharing the video Kyle.

The exact car my dad had, though it was RHD UK spec Aero. Unfortunately he traded it for a 9-5 2.0t in 1999, otherwise I’d still have it! Oh well, if that had happened I wouldn’t have bought my 2004 9-5 Aero wagon « Sovvagn » last year which I absolutely LOVE ❤️… I reckon you need a 900 Kyle, I wish I could afford one, classic 900’s are out of my reach in Europe and the UK now.

Looking to get back into SAAB 900s myself after 20 years..... the inspiration came from sourcing a set of 9000 Aero wheels and finding RBM SAAB website.... will be getting a Stage 2+ ecu, from mount intercooler, short shifter kit and hopefully a Type 9 primary drive upgrade kit for the trans.

Yes!!!! The torquey pull of a classic 900 is super stout! It will plaster you to the seats!!!

I bought my only Saab in 1980 EMS 5 speed coupe brown in color and new with only 20 miles and kept it for 10 years drove it in June 1980 from Long beach California to Astoria Oregon then passed it to my wife's son who kept it for a few more years before buying a later model
