I've been studying narcissism for awhile. It's not uncommon for confident people to be charmed by the narcissist. However, given what we know about his family life growing up there seems to be some co-dependency and/or trauma bonding with Will. A narcissist will make one feel like you're under a spell that is hard to break. It's as if one is addicted to the narcissist (Ride or Die Couple as Will put it). There really is much more to it, but I totally think she's a narcissist who is totally in control and fully capable of manipulating Will.

There is just something about her Jada's demeaner that is off-setting to me. I'm not sure if she enjoys humiliating Will (he gets all the good parts) or she is just narcistic. It is a complicated situation that Will was responsible for himself. Also, he married the bitch and that shows us something about Will; one who is very privileged himself. There are so many other privileges besides white privilege. Smarts, looks, charisma, talent , not so much kindness and sensitivity .. these are not so valued.

Unless there is some actual evidence that Jada ordered Will to assault Rock, she is not at fault for what went down. As adults we are responsible for our own decisions and Will made his.

I think the joke was horrible because Chris was making her condition the focus of everyone in the audience and those watching on television. It's one thing to talk about your own issues but not ok for others to say the same things. Will should have just yelled at Chris like he did, but not interrupted the show or gotten violent
