Hopefully this is useful for Treyarch and we can get these things fixed faster!

I've been asking Treyarch to make a public twitter just for zombies so we can get instant answers & yet still no hope. I think this could be the answer we need.

The bug that annoyed me the most was I was on ix at round 37 with a friend and I decided to do the steps to get the death of Orion and right and I pressed square to pick up the stone head the game crashed

Has anyone else been having trouble with your custom paintjob not showing in game?? Ived had this problem since launch and it says its equipped but it just shows the default gun in game :/

I've used that page to send them literally about 20 definite bugs I've seen since launch and none of them are listed there. Hopefully they start taking it seriously and start adding stuff people send to the known list and fixes them.

When I got back from Afghanistan we had the Occupy Wall street movement. It started as a protest to get banks regulated again. Then it was the 1% richest. Then the message got lost with all the different groups using Occupy to get a different message out. I recommend starting with the top 3 problems and working on down. Thanks for leading this conversation and leading the charge to get this stuff fixed.

Milo, I am prestige 4 level 30 and I normally go to around like round 60 and I have completed all the Easter eggs and I have only blue screened once. My PS4 is the original PS4 and I still have no problems. I realize that most other people are having problems but maybe you just need to clean the dust out of your PS4 because I clean mine every week anyway and I’ve bluescreened once out of all my games.

We are basically game testers at this point. You’re absolutely right Milo. If it were any other product, we would return it and ask for our money back; I think it’s because it’s a game and a mode we love so much that we have a hard time making amends with how poorly it was delivered. Maybe some blue screens are a result of the console overheating? That is probably why they mentioned cleaning out dust. Also on that page, making sure the disk was clean was listed. Perhaps the ps4 playing a pretty heavy GPU game combined with reading a disk can result in a system overheat causing it to crash? This is all just conjecture tho, I am by no means a game/console designer. Personally, I have not had a single blue screen, and my PS4 has a fan underneath it, and the game is downloaded onto the harddrive. Whatever the case, happy 3arc is back at it trying to help us out. This is exactly why I’ve been saying that Treyarch and Activision deserve NO praise until the majority of the major issues are fixed completely

If you don’t get exp from a game and get rolled back close the game out, it’s supposed to save your level online, haven’t had a blue screen in a while and just did the Easter egg in 9 today

1:50- *And make sure that your PS4 doesn’t have any dust in it.* You mean your game disc doesn’t have dust in it, not PS4. If it’s PS4, then the dust would get on PS4 console.

I reported major issues I'm facing on PS4: For Zombies- 1) overlapping text on leaderboards when inspecting a player. 2) certain attachments being detached as soon as I leave the armoury. Specially FMJ2 attachement on the Titan and Rapid Fire on the Hades. 3) Trophy system broken. Certain trophies not being earned when the challenge is met. For ex: on IX beating all 8 challengers within 5mins, did it on 10 different instances in under 3mins including opening the PaP. Solo game. No trophy. On Classified: survive 20rds without using an elevator, got to round 27 solo game, no elevator, no trophy. After the 6th try, finally got it. Again on IX, kill 9 zombies with a single uncharged shot of the Death of Orion, did it more than 10 times, solo game, no trophy.

Haven't experienced any bugs myself (PC). Just not patience enough to go for high rounds. But searched youtube/twitch for 10min, and sent them 10 examples with timestamps. Hope it helps!

After this video, i just went doing mad research on bugs myself or others in the community were experiencing. I checked reddit, and so far i've reported a total of 13 bugs to Activision. If it means fixing the game, i'm down to do anything! Let's do this!

It’s funny because I recently bought a PS4 PRO when I finally got the funds to do so, and this was AFTER the BO4 10GB patch. There’s definitely no issue with the console, just constant blue screens not only on Zombies but multiplayer too.

All these bugs and issues should certainly be given first priority, but I would also like to see more options, like being able to turn off zombie hit markers, and turn off quotes appearing on the screen

Dirt build-up around heatsinks and fans *CAN* affect cpu preformance and heating issues which may cause a cpu failsafe to trigger... atleast on computers but consoles are just computers with custom OS and peripherals really.

Great video milo, I just wanted you tell you somethings about black ops 4 zombies on pc. I really feel bad for you guys on ps4 because you guys still crash a lot, and i haven't crashed on pc since the first week of launch for black ops 4. but i did notice the ui on pc isn't' working great, like i can't put fmj on my titan or kn-44, i can't put rapid fire on my hades, and a lot more with the secondaries and probably other guns too. But i'm really starting to get tired of the glitches in BO4 zombies, like yesterday around 4 weeks after before came out I had a bug in my game when doing the easter egg on IX for the first time, it was round 34 and we were going to the boss fight but we couldn't pick up the key in the grate, so we had to restart and do the entire thing over again (thanks for the guide on that cause that's how we did the easter egg, and also you talked about how it can be glitched in your game and i tried everything you told me to do if it was glitched and it didn't work for any of them.) anyway i really appreciate what you're doing for the community, keep it up.

5:40 but no, it isn't beta testing. This is a common thing in games since the 7th generation of consoles. Games are getting larger and more complex which leads to more bugs. We aren't QA testers or play testers. We are players who encounter issues in a finished and polished game and report them to the devs who polish the game more for us. They hand us a diamond, we inspect it and say this is not shiny enough and this is where it's not shiny. Please shine it more, thank you.

I talked to ATVIassist and they told me they were aware and investigating two issues, but they're not on the list

Also sometimes your game crashes when multiplayer game ends and then the game stats and progress don't count.

I error coded on blackout last night. Zombies still ping spikes to 300-999 latency and freezes the screen. Servers and connectivity are still unstable in my opinion.

What about multiplayer, blackout, and specialist hq? The games flaws aren't just in zombies.

Ive honestly only had 2 bugs in the game so far (Blood EE run crash & Anywhere But Here teleporting under the map) but they have both been reported

The PHD SLIDER bug... PHD SLIDER has explosive damage... that needs to be fixed to zero damage

The fact that we have to go to this extent just to get these bugs fixed is unacceptable. This is unacceptable considering it's a "triple A game btw" why do we the consumer need to jump leaps and bounds just so that treyarch and Activision will do their jobs...

Finally they released something that can actually help us! Great now I can play zombies properly! Too bad my ps4 account got perm banned for no reason so I lose out on all my games on money since 2014 including £85 black ops 4 digital deluxe. They haven't even sent me an email yet. ☹️🤐

From all of your videos that i've watched it looks like there are so many reasons for the blue screen issue atm and not just one or two things that trigger the blue screen. I haven't got bo4 yet but seems like playing zombies right now is probs just a waiting game for a casual noob :P
