His shooting style is the way it was done until those modern coaches introduced shooting with the ankle and the inner part of the foot for more curls instead of power, just look at clips of the older players shooting style, they were more accurate against what is done now, so much wide and over the bar shots is unbelievable
It's amazing that RC retired in 2012 and there hasn't been another lefty ball hitter like him since. Hulk kind of comes close but RC has so many high quality long distance goals. I'm glad I got to see him play during his prime 🙏
I don't think we have all been fair to this man. This is one of the greatest players ever. I have never seen a bad day. Always fit, always running, crossing, dribbling. He could easily have been a great midfielder or striker, but his tracking back skills was the best anyone has ever seen and that Jeopardized his freedom to explore up front. A legend. In my top 10 Goat list for sure!
