I switched to 19 inch Gemini wheels with all season continental’s from 21 inch wheels on my Y Performance. My back tires lasted 22,000 miles and cost me 1100 bucks to replace! Now I have 41,000 miles and those back tires needed replacing again! I said forget this and found the Gemini wheels and tires on EBay and now the ride comfort , efficiency, acceleration , and cheaper tire selection is way better! Now I can buy 4 tires for the price it cost me to replace two of those crazy expensive 21 inch tires!

@@ALMX5DP That's odd. My F-150 and my wife's Escape bodies are mostly metal not plastic. People that like the way a vehicle looks has a lot to do with their purchase. Some people just think cars and trucks are just a way to get to one place from another. To each their own. Thank God we don't all have to think alike.

To be fair, tire technology and construction has made leaps and bounds over the past 5-10 years. Some may look like rubber bands, but I bet are very robust and able to sustain much more than fatter tires from years prior. I really prefer taller sidewalls myself, but have seen how those new tires are made and the investment tire companies put into them.

and a bunch of curb rash due to the "stretched" tire look. the rims of the wheel sticks out. my wife's M3 of 10 months has curb rash on 3 wheels.

Still just move out of snowy state and save the cash needed for winter tires, I did 16 years ago. Save money on winter clothes and everything else winter that costs money. Plus a big tax savings

Not for forged wheels. Go look at other forged wheels. Some of them range for $5k for 4 to even $12k for 4.

They come with the wheels that company sells, not sure why they werent on the reps vehicle though.

White one is a model 3 performance. Tesla redesigned the rotor for the model Y performance.
