Just found this guy. He is unbelievably funny. I have never seen a comedian with so much energy. His stage presence, facial expressions, voices, everything is great. How come he's not more famous? This man was born to do comedy.

When I was a kid and early teens he was the most famous comedian in the UK from my point of view. Everyone wanted to go see him (including me) everyone always used his jokes at school. For me and kids I knew he was the funniest guy on the planet, even to this day he is still 1 of the best ever

Such an underated Comedian. Who else is SO animated. His movements add so much to his material. Granted, other comedians are more in depth but they look static and stiff in comparison. In the end though all the comedians cheer us up and the world is a better place for it :)

@@shannxn8469 the lights etc. are a factor obviously, but if you have watched his material he speaks about it often.also interviews etc. he sweats easily and heavily. he retired because his wife wanted him home more. he said in an interview he agreed, hoping she would be fed up with him being home all the time and send him off again. he did a theatre performance once which he said: " i thought with this i could slide back into work (comedy) without her noticing but it didn't work" Lee is a true legend i love his performances. and although i'm not english myself i get all the references etc. i'm dutch originally and i love comedy especially english spoken/acted comedy. some true legends not among us anymore like George Carlin and so many more. Eddie Griffin, Dave Chapelle, Steve Hughes,Sarah millican, and those are just a few. anyway thanks Lee for your great performances you are missed.
