Not gonna lie, I envy that mechanically sound part lol. But I’m happy to hear you’re enjoying the car. You mentioned restoring the interior, have you had to do anything with your door handle?

Door handles are good, one door panel is not happy though. Just tried to replace window motors and regulators only to find out, they were working but its a wiring issue. No power to the plug for the window. There is always something with these older BMWs, but its a labor of love! My powerplant is running strong, transmission as well. The locking mechanism on the driver side is um, broke. Im looking for parts on replacing that too. lol @@Phoenixette

Get some black sealant and tidily fill in the little holes in the rubber tops on the window frame. Don’t use clear it’ll look like you did it with your buttocks
