1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 jalapeno
1 red bell pepper
1/2 onion diced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp garlic paste
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
1 tsp each (chile powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, sazon)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1.5 cups cheddar cheese
Buffalo Chicken:
2 cups diced chicken
2 celery stalks
1/2 onion diced
1 tsp chicken bouillon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
1 cup frank's red hot sauce
3 tbsps ranch dressing
4 oz room temp cream cheese
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
