Man Imma listen to this as I do all of them but your jab at millennials is fucking funny because at 34, you fall into that generation as I do. Obviously we are the first 5 years of them so we aren't as broken as the newer ones but goddamn the 18-30 year olds around here all act like life owes them something because they breathe air and take up more space than they did in their dad's balls.
Freaking fire love the beat really agree with the message and can already tell it's putting wedgies in all of the left side's underwear. Hopefully more than we'll put down their ignorance and open their eyes not to be a republican but to see just how corrupt the system of both parties is and that we as a people are their pawns a right now a lot of those elitists are talking about depopulating.... Hopefully this can be a rally cry I'll gladly stand with the rest of the civilians that want to stand up against tyranny and corruption and flat-out treason from our leaders.
@@bonnietorix5818 if we want things to change we have to band together which is exactly why they do everything to tear us apart. Absolutely no one, whether it's the right or the left is happy with the direction of the country. If we all said "eff this" and stopped paying taxes for a month, things would change real quick!
Actually, our forefathers, especially George Washington, warned against Government in general, and specifically said that creating Political Parties would be the worst idea. And let me guess, you consider yourself part of a political party, right?
You really believe that would make even a little difference?! Were you born yesterday? There's only 1 way this trend gets reversed and Americans are still too comfortable living in this jungle.
Good in theory but lawyers negotiate a good chunk of the winnings out of stuff this big not to mention court costs and fees, courts are the most crooked part of this country you know they need their share, so double dipping will just wind up with essentially being like a third of the original amount split between the store owners and the rest going to private attorneys and the government
@@NuKe0clan0cod0videos The law firm usually takes 30% of whatever is awarded. Was this Alvin Bragg's office handling this? If so, I'd bet you are right, a bunch went right back to the municipality.
We need to organize a national boycott of income tax until they stop sending our money to everyone else and ignore the problems here. And until they stop treating criminals like the victims and letting em out over and over Take our power back!
As a tax payer this infuriates me, I think I'll go to my town and do some Shi and see if I can get free money for my own stupidity!! Thanks Tom, your speaking for Us
What direction is it headed? Tom glossed over the details, but the people who sued were peacefully protesting or simply filming when their rights, that you fought to protect, were violated by the police, who were found guilty of indiscriminate and excessive use of force. Shouldn't citizens have recourse and be able to sue when their constitutional rights are violently violated? That's what the constitution is for, isn't it?
Thank you for your sacrifices for those of us who respect this country and the flag/constitution it stands for... We are behind you and every patriot... You went for us not for them... One day it will be up to us to restore this country... Side note: ive watched my grandfather cry over whats happening and hes said the very same thing.. youre not alone in the way you feel
Some of the actions NYPD officers are accused of include “corralling protesters into spaces where they could not escape, beating protesters with batons and fists, throwing protesters to the ground, using pepper spray indiscriminately, and ultimately arresting many of the protesters without lawful justification and without fair warning,” court documents state. But if you call them rioters you think they would get a free pass.
Maybe you should READ. Something. Anything at this point. The settlement excludes arrests for certain crimes including but not limited to arson, trespassing and destruction of property
@djjakyl4677 not my job to tell you how. If ya don't know and can't understand how to avoid paying mabe you ain't smart as you think you are? I don't know you but from what you wrote looks like you have a bad idea of how. Kinda dumb really. Drugs really?
Meanwhile... Jason Aldean's video about this criminal behavior is banned on CMT and getting backlash by the violent protesters supporters. But violent crime promoted by rappers is not criticized or banned. 🤔
And we wonder why other countries look at ours as a stage joke, it's so fvcking embarrassing to be honest, a time will come when all the veterans and patriots of all colors and creed will stand together and refreshed the tree of liberty once more again to rid this country of all corruption and making this country strong again, you sir, I give thanks for protecting us patriots and for your service, our government may not care about yall and look at yall as expendable but we patriots see you and your fellow vets as our protectors and heroes and symbol of hope and freedom.
Marine Veteran as well. I agree with you. We as veterans will probably have to fix this 💩ourselves because the government won’t do it. Then we gotta fix the government. Semper Fi. Trump 2024. 🇺🇸💪🍺
You're either lying about being a marine or lying about not seeing such bs. My dad is marine and he's told me about all kinds of bs. Not to mention the fact that he's repeating lies. The settlement specifically excludes people who committed certain crimes during the protests.
@@YuSoMadBrathey may be functional naturally compensated but they still go to jail look at it this way when slaves had a issue with the slave owner and they all ran away and they would pay the slave owner not the slave and now the slave children's children's children are trying to compensate as best they know under the circumstances that they have been given nothing like that has ever been pre-european so they catch you they check your background and if it all matches up you are good to go if it doesn't you are going to jail😮😢😢🤔🧐 🤓😎
So the corrupt traitor government is paying their own followers to raise hell and commit violent destructive acts and they are being awarded big pay. WOW. America is toast. You all got taken over from within and this country is being smashed from within.
I love it when someone like TOM has a platform. And says what most of us are thinking. And tge way he words it.Thank God we do have some Milleniels with a realistic view of the world!
@@davidk2628 do you actually have proof of that or are you talking out your ass? It's 1300 out of the thousands that were there. The police department also had the ability to dispute any claims they have with evidence. I'm sure if you had ANY evidence that ANY of those people who will get the settlement committed ANY crime during the protests the NYPD would be incredibly grateful. Not every person committed a crime though. There are plenty of law abiding citizens. Personally I'd even argue that statistically there should be more. 1300 out of the tens, maybe even hundreds of thousands of people who showed up. I mean it's clearly evident they were using unreasonable force and tactics otherwise lawyers wouldn't have taken the case and the city wouldn't have settled. Police have something called qualified immunity in which they like to use very graciously.
If this guy's other gig doesn't work out he could probably be a stand up comedian! I think he's got the chops. He has brilliant oratory skill . Love this guy.
Just the lack of repercussions is quite enough incentive. Someone, at some point, is going to create a massive push to deal with these people in very unpleasant ways. There is only so much people can take before they start taking matters in their own hands.
Right! All these people that lost their businesses because of the looting, rioting, and burning should sue blm and antifa for the damages and lost businesses. The tax payers need to sue for the destruction of all city property that belong to us and that we had to pay to rebuild. While were at it we can also sue the government for giving away all our hard earned money to their lobbiest and other countries that we arent responsible for taking care of.
It would be thrown out or not even looked at because most judges are bought and paid for by the few with the most that want to destroy western society.
The city should be compensating the businesses, the property owners, or anyone the police failed to protect not the criminals. If you're not discouraging bad behavior you're encouraging it!
Let's hope that judge and, jury get set upon by those same thugs and, do too them what they did too homes, businesses, cars, and, people that summer of 2020.......
I was an innocent pedestrian when a BLM protest was coming fast up the street. I was spit on had coffee cups thrown at me and was terrified. The poor cops could do nothing. Where is my compensation. I had nightmares for months. ALL LIFE MATTERS ....not just one group
Just think how civil rights protesters felt when your grandparents and great grandparents felt the need to spit on them, hose them and sick dogs on them just for sitting at a lunch counter peacefully just to order a cup of coffee sounds full circle to me 😂😂😂😂
Sorry this happened, it's happening everywhere and to me as well... I live in a town where white is minority and they just abuse the hell out of me any chance they get because they know no one gives a crap, and if I stand my ground I'm called a privleged white boy, even though I'm disabled and make under 2 grand a month not even that
Just a friendly reminder that we have a 2nd Amendment for this exact reason. The time is coming where that is gonna be our only option to fix the government.
We can certainly sue for voter intimidation among countless other crimes. Sitting government officials condoned incitement and aiding and abetting of cold blooded murder, violence on innocent American citizens on public sidewalks. Those same officials aided and abetted as well, so they should be charged as individuals in addition to their office.
@@ritamills3417 what people die in riots and they cause a ton of damages and France rn is burning to the ground due to riots so we need to learn to use lethal force to stop riots from getting out of control I like the 1st but there's peaceful protesting and then there's full blown riots

it should piss you off more that your leo's would violate people rights in the way that would get them hit with a lawsuit. try and use your brain if you ever grow one.
@Professional298 If the people that get money were actually peaceful then great. But if a cop punched you in the face during a riot you most likely deserved it and should still be in jail.
@@justinsutherland4786 I just think that if something like that were true, we would see the proof through film. don't most officers in NYC wear their body cams?
@Professional298 I'm not sure. There are a lot of cops in NYC. Even if half has body cam that's still a lot that doesn't. Get every cop in the country on 24/7 body cam they have no control to turn it off or on. Hold every body accountable. You, me, them we have so much to work on It's sad. Violence is.... just everywhere.
“With the curfew in place, police resorted to questionable, unlawful tactics against the demonstrators protesting against police brutality, including excessive force, use of batons and pepper spray, and “kettling,” where protestors were sandwiched between encroaching police lines, making it impossible for them to escape.” Bring on the 1/6 lawsuits
We are living in depraved times. Makes me sad and angry to see my country fall like this. I'm relieved to hear younger people speaking out. Thanks, Tom.
This is all so out of control its like living in the upside down these days 😕🖕 thank you Tom for being a strong and beautifully direct voice for so very, very many of us! ❤✌️
Oh but don't you know that our ancestors being slaves is a farce?!? The number of people who believe that goes to show how successful they have been in rewriting history 🙄
Please see the comment above that I wrote about 4 months ago. Please let me know if it is not showing up cuz I will repost it apparently RU-vid has throttled me.
The people who sued were peaceful protesters and bystanders who were filming when the police indiscriminately used excessive force against them. A jury found the police guilty of violating their rights, and that's why they were rewarded. If you want to group everyone up with the individuals who were violent and destroyed property, make sure you include the police and agent provocateurs who initiated a lot of it. The cops were paid to slash tires of journalists, forcing those journalists to be stranded - many were arrested and brutalized by police as a result of being stranded. There's 29 similar lawsuits country wide, and those are just the ones related to the BLM protests. Civil rights violations by police is a regular occurrence, that costs tax payers billons in lawsuits every year. We've had a messed up policing culture for a long time now. America imprisons more of it's own people than any other country per capita. 1 in 4 of the world's prisoners are serving time in American prisons. Finally, with journalism and the fact that everyone carries a camera on them, the police are finally being held to their oath to the constitution.
perhaps you are right. however, this is simply a natural consequence of the choices we, as the voting public, have made. solution is to make better more informed choices. and in the absence of a choice that more closely aligns with your values, become that choice yourself if possible. as I say this is simply a symptom of a much wider problem.
@@darrylgordon5170 No. Crimes are the fault of the criminal. Blaming crimes on society and removing blame from the individuals who actually burned businesses and hurt or killed innocent people is both foolish and irresponsible.
@@darrylgordon5170Not my consequences...but I actually do my research. Funny how the majority of voters don't do that, or have a basic concept of the government and how it works.
