I think as time went by and it became a fashion bag, they wanted the logo to be less obvious so the front became the back

I personally would not be interested in the Evelyn in canvas. I loved hearing the history and origins of the original Evelyn♥️ I appreciate and agree with your reviews Tiana. 🥰

I feel like I would need to see the etoupe one. I own 2 evelyne bags, one pm and the tpm. I’m shorter than you and I absolutely love my pm when I need to bring more with me. I never wear it as a shoulder bag really, to me it’s a super casual crossbody. So comfortable. Now to the canvas, if it’s as sturdy as the Groom bag, it’s indestructible.😂 We’ll see!

The etoupe one is definitely the prettiest out the two images for sure...Ahhhh I don't doubt the pm is comfortable, that clemence leather is like none other, the softer and older it gets the better it feels. Maybe it's just one of those things, whenever I see myself carrying a big bag I feel like it makes me look shorter and stumpier than I am in pictures anyway 😅 - And hermes canvas is top TOP tier 🤍🥰 xxx

@@TianaPeri Ha ha i feel you! One day I tried the YSL Icare bag and I looked like a kid carrying my mom’s bag. So very big bags are a no go. But with medium bags, like my Birkin 30, Kelly 28 and the Evelyne pm, it’s okay. Even if I’m petite, at times, I need bigger bags than my mini’s. Ha ha

Hermes canvas is like no other. I like the idea of the canvas bag, because the bag is already casual so it just continues in that element particularly in the tpm size. I also really like that color combination. Am I correct that they've done this before? I recall seeing a PM in a light Beige with brown H on the Preloved market. Love your style by the way 😊😊😊

Ohhhh 100% I agree with you when it comes to Hermes canvas, it's definitely top tier. I just don't like the full canvas on the Evelyne as I feel that it's the leather that gives the bag its element of luxury and why we're willing to spend money on it... And yes. thats correct ☺️..They have done a canvas version in the past before which I actually don't mind because you still had elements of leather on it... I think my head justifies prices of things in this way clearly lol...🤣 And thank you so much 🥰🤍 xxx
