It spreads! Welcome to Minecraft with Cub from the Hermitcraft Season 10 Server! Today we do a number of things including adding new Goat Horns, sending our first Horn of the Month packages via mail, Sculkifying the base, and beginning our personalized Hermit fireworks project.

Especially then you consider the usual use of said items, Idk for you but I nevel used firework (other than flying one), I didn't even know how to get horn before watching him make a farm and book I only use them for enchantments, never used a book & quill... So he manage to create a market from item that wouldn't see much use it's... awesome (the only hermits that I'm aware off that did so too are Pearl with the post office and Xisuma with the trophies)

A good use of the printing press is allowing the hermits to print their own shop vouchers en mass, and they can post them to bases. Or you could bring back the news paper!

My guess is that his second account has that skin because of the thumbnail of his ep 8. He needed Grian's skin for his thumbnail and used his second account to make a screenshot with fake Grian in it.

Not sure if anybody else told you Cub, but Impulse, Grian, Scar and Gem recently did a stream where they played Pico Park and it is full of amazing Horn moments. Definitely worth checking out.

re mailboxes: - etho has said the timing is like 2 seconds, you're unlikely to be able to spam too quickly - they gave you a double chest for your stamps and you keep them in a barrel. I love that.

If you place armour stands down in the goat chamber, the goats will ram them. Hoppers underneath and collect the horns. Save getting a battered batty.

Maybe you can ask joe to create a rough contract format which can be used to just fill in the blanks for any deals and contracts that will take place. People can buy the contract form, fill it and get a copy for the others

After seeing how the hermits are using the horns, I'm convinced you should make a horn that is just the audio of a few blocks being broken. And then a matching horn that is blocks being placed.

Many hermits want specific hermit horn, and they feel like finding it is hard among all the mix and match horns. It will be better if you organize them based on each hermit in separate chest.

Perhaps using some frog lamps or the like with sculk veins on top as a light source instead of the temp torches blotting the landscape? Maybe you already have plans to stop mob spawns on the sculk.

Seems like Cub bought shulker boxes to send the Horn of the Month in... Not sure if he knows the Post Office supplies free, reusable "envelopes" (white shulkers) or if he is intentionally giving away a shulker with each horn.

Regarding how quick you can send mail: A problem may occur, when sending to the same recipient rapidly. But the initial unloading and reloading of minecart and shulker box is pretty much instant (2 ticks?), so even if you tried, you wouldn't be able to send fast enough to break anything.

I think it would be so cool if you worked with the mysterious statue builder to make a renovation to the horn shop and sort the horns by Hermit with a barrel under their respective statue 🤓

For the pathways through your base area-I love the fire along the new sides! What if you made the pathways to look more like skulk ‘veins’ of some sort, make it look like the pathway is growing out of the skulk. So the paths themselves would be veins/arteries coming up out of the skulk. The fire would be where the steam vents are that are releasing chemi-luminescence. I still like the idea of a robot planet/world/sphere to go over your mob farm.

Not sure if it still works, but when they first dropped the horns I made a goat farm with chickens in a boat in the center. I put blocks around them one block off the ground so the goats had a line of sight to try to hit them and hoppers underneath to catch the horns. Would keep you from having to be in there all the time.

Cub, while yes you figured out and successfully used the Mailbox system you REALLY must contact Pearl and try to get together with her. She has a dozen or so "envelopes" for you as well as a bundle of starter stamps.
