When everybody has fully enchanted gear and your shop isn't needed anymore, you could turn it into a tavern and meeting place. It gives the vibe of a tavern, is the perfect size for bar, rooms with beds and all. It could be a meeting place, were you can restock on food, do trades and just interact with people. Also, considering, it is a tavern, it would be perfect for a potion shop.

Impulse, you could set up an ender pearl stasis chamber at your enchantment shop, and have a button on the counter that says something like, "Press button for service". That way you can always be there almost instantly, and you don't have to wait there for customers.

I'm honestly surprised Impulse didn't find another villager (or zombie villager) so he could start his own villager breeder. If he does that early on, he could have a newer and improved iTrade ready early on.

Most season starts are like this, but after a few weeks their schedules will start to diverge, and Hermits will collectively be spending less time on the server doing anything other than major builds.

For future "clients" and sales, you might think about setting a diamond price, but if they don't have diamonds let them know you're willing to trade other things they have instead. That way you can have people with diamonds give you diamonds, and those who don't can still buy stuff from your shop.

You need a lockout system to keep ...enterprising hermits... from getting full enchants. Like, retract the bookshelves into the floor via Redstone so they can only do basic enchants if they're trying to shirt the system.

You should have a basic set for the enchants. Like Protection, Unbreaking, Mending together cost X on iron, and X on diamond. And specialty enchants can be bartered for. ALSO - DO books while you wait for customers, so when people want stuff you're ready to go and can do it fast

Turn the shop into a swap shop....keep the most used enchanted tools and armor on hand fully repaired. Hermits can swap their broken pieces for fully repaired. Two options, pay for each swap, or subscription pricing. You could even start the program off like a can drive, bring me diamond pickaxes for a discount this month....etc.

I think it's mostly just for the start. False staked out a huge crater in a snow capped mountain biome and Tango claimed the valley on the other side. I'm pretty sure the spots are pretty far from spawn.

Hey Impulse! I think a hopper under the chest would be a good thing to have! That way when they put their item to be enchanted in it gets whisked away and isn't just sitting in the chest for when another person puts their item in. You could even hook it up to a note bock or two so it make a cute little _ding_ _dong_ or something as it's moved through the hopper's system and it could add to the experience! Just a thought ^.^

Suggestion : Impulse should make a village or kingdom related to his vision rather than a single mega build, like he did in the past two seasons. A village kinda thing adds a lot of lore , detail and personally way more human and lifelike. Hope Impulse sees this!!! Edit : And it looks better!!

You can use rng manipulation that EarthComputer invented to get better enchantments from table. Also is very easy to use not like other rng manipulators.

I've been through builder's block with the design of my villager breeder which I modeled into a medieval inn, and this window design is just what the doctor ordered to make my build a little more interesting.

Hey imp, you could build a basic cobblestone generator next to your skellie farm, to have a good use for the bows you don't need (dispensers for sale or own use)

11:36 impulse they made it so that natural spawning needs to be at light lvl 0, but with monster spawners they need to be fully lit up everywhere.

Not sure if you’ll see this. There’s a double Cave Spider spawners farm set up somewhere past Bdubs’ monolith that is free to use. Might be faster for levels. I know Cleo has used it, so she can show you where. Even if you don’t set up a sorter, it might be a good idea to expand the storage at your spawner. It’s getting a lot of use, so it probably fills up fast. Also, the “Employees Only” sign isn’t stopping everyone. I know at least 1 hermit has been sneaking in to enchant. 🤠👍

First, I love your content, but can you use the mod bdubs and X use, allows you to hold a torch in your offhand and gives you dynamic lighting visually, it doesn't actually change the light levels so mobs can still spawn. That way we can see you caving

you forgot soul speed on the XB'x boots, also if you enchant books/items with the highest enchant levels first, the end results will be cheaper (Sharp V, Looting 3, Sweep 3, Unbreaking 3, Fire Aspect, Mending)

You should set up some sort of trap for the other hermits if they go into the employed only area. Like a falling floor that takes them into an obsidian box

Only enchantments Gem is missing on that sword are knockback and Fire Aspect. Great video Impulse, keep it up!

Both are things I prefer to not have on my main sword. (knockback against skellys is not helpful, and fire aspect makes endermen teleport lile crazy so you don't get your pearls)

I've seen throughout the seasons in other Hermits videos that you always seem to have a stockpile of levels, and it's so fun to start watching you and you've built a small industry that utilizes that particular trait XD

Here's an idea, you remember Grians Did You Die boxes from previous seasons, you could make those with enchanted books useful for early game. For example, unbreaking 2 or 3, sharpness 2 or 3, knockback 2, flame 1, etc. And then if Grian makes his boxes, you could pair up as business partners, he does the gear, you do the enchants.

Spawn village *is* centralised shopping They did mention in the town hall stream that they would have a shopping district this season, if you're really concerned

you could also make a room for "test drive" where people can immediately try their new shiny enchanted gears like y'know, maybe the room have couple mobs so people can try their swords, or some target blocks, or just some blocks to mine out :P

You should go ahead and get protection for on those boots. He paid you 36 diamonds an entire stack of redstone blocks and gave you the boots so you wouldn't have to use your own diamonds for that, and he specifically asked for protection. Just my opinion

So for the water tricks. Don't spam click or hold click. If you pay attention to the audio you'll actually hear impulse placing down the water then pick it back up again then die. The tricks is to click once in the 3-4~ block placing zone then pick the water back up after you've landed
