I have the feeling like if he isn't already, Doc could rule the Hermitcraft server with ease. The man has countless wither skulls at his command as well as an insta-death anvil cannon with extremely precise range as well as some other stuff. The man is quite literally playing God on the server with his machines and I think the only person that might be able to outdo him right now would be if Mumbo and Tango could somehow fuse together into one singular being. Only then would Doc's power be matched and even then he might still have the upper hand somehow, we just don't know because he probably has some sorta secret project that he doesn't record or mention.

8:35 He actually didn't fix the unevenness. He merely fixed the unevenness of the inner pattern, but he didn't fix the unevenness of the whole base, which the pattern is based on. You can see him place 5 oak planks on 3 sides, and 4 on the side he wanted to "fix", but what you probably didn't notice is that he placed 5 planks between the protruding wall and the inner wall of the pattern, and the side where he placed 4 planks, he marked the distance from the protruding wall to an oxidized copper block protruding from the inner wall. He either lied to himself, or to his audience, so that he doesn't need to rebuild one side of the base just to fix the unevenness.
