I agree with sir. He wasn't actually discouraging, bt it would have been great if she could come up with her way of teaching style or explanation. Or bare minimum the source of her explanation, which is exactly the same. Anyway, Happy w how helpful she is by putting up in yt and helping it reach masses. This is helping her as well, like in Feynman technique.

Excellent teaching. I just had open surgery for a direct inguinal hernia, on left side. Was very big because I waited one year for repair. Great Dr. at Miami Hernia Center.

@9:31 , it's lichenstein TENSION FREE mesh hernioplasty instead of tendon free * which signifies it's principle and advantage over herniorrhaphy

Please teach the way you do …don’t listen to anything at all as everything is there in textbook too but we love your explanation. Please make videos of surgery , medicine , obg too and if you could simplify dermatology and psych 😨😨😭…I’m Cbme 3rd year undergrad and they’ve covered most of the competencies…I feel lost …please be kind to teach us further ❤

I guess I can appreciate the fact that you have mentioned the names of the different types of hernia surgery but it is also very very obvious that you are just reading what is on these notes without actually having an in-depth knowledge of the topic. (This was proven by the fact that you said “TENDON free repair” just because it was written there, without even realizing that it was supposed to be “tension-free repair”. And before you insult me for pointing out the obvious, I am a General Surgeon myself, so these things are very common daily for me.
