I go to its service center. Everyone is troubled by them. My lithium battery is bad since last 8 months, service center people say company saying it is fine. It is not working because it is old. Battery dies after 2 years. Now you tell me what is the benifit of such a guarantee of 3 years. In just six months. The cover and disc of front wheel broke. Replaced it. After that it broke again after 3-4 months. You are requested to invest the poor man's money on such a product which he can use. If you don't believe my words then just send another person to the service center and see what's is the situation of 420
