OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
1. Eligibility: All Giveaways may be sponsored by Down South Pickin’ N Stackin’ or another host or hosts sponsoring giveaways on the Down South Pickin’ N Stackin’ RU-vid channel (“Sponsors”). All giveaways hosted on the Down South Pickin’ N Stackin’ RU-vid channel (“Giveaways”) are open only to legal residents of Canada, Australia, United Kingdom (unless otherwise stated by the Sponsors), the United States (excluding its territories and possessions), and Washington D.C. who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry (“Entrant(s)”). Parent consent is required for any participant younger than 18 years of age. Void in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and where prohibited by local, state, and/or federal law.
2. Giveaway Period: Giveaways shall begin:
1. On July 4, 2023 upon giveaway entry video upload to RU-vid (“giveaway entry video”) and end 10 days from start date as described in the giveaway entry video.
2. Prizes: The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter random drawings, as described below, conducted by the sponsors on their related RU-vid Channels (“Channels”) for a chance at one and only one of the following items (“Prizes”):
1. US Constitutional Silver Half Dollars, each with an average retail value (“ARV”) of 0.3617 * Current 1 Troy Ounce Silver Spot Price in USD.
2. Foreign Silver Bullion, each with an average retail value (“ARV”) of Current 1 Troy Ounce Silver Spot Price * Weight in Troy Ounces + Any associated silver bullion premium in USD.
The total ARV of all the “Prizes” is dependent on the number of prizes awarded. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZES DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsors. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsors, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees, VAT, customs duties etc. or costs associated with the Prizes received.
4. How to Enter: To enter all Giveaways, Entrants must
1. Be a current free subscriber to Sponsor’s RU-vid channel, and
2. Correctly fulfill all requirements stated in a giveaway entry video.
Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED . ONLY ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.
5. Winning: Winners of the Giveaway (“Winners”), including possible alternate Winners (“Alternate Winners”) chosen to substitute for invalid entries, shall be chosen by the Sponsors. Winners and Alternate Winners shall be chosen :
1. By being a current subscriber to the Sponsor’s channel at the time of the Giveaway Period, and
2. By being randomly selected before the end of the Giveaway Period.
6. Prize Claim: Winners and Alternate Winners will be notified during the Giveaway Video via a notice in the description of the Giveaway Video after it is posted. Winners and Alternate Winners will receive an email code from the sponsor at their RU-vid subscriber email. Winners and Alternate Winners will be required to reply via email with their mailing address and email verification code, WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS after the Giveaway Period. The failure to respond to the notifications will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, in such case, the Sponsors may declare an Alternate Winner.
6. RU-vid Policies
1. Your participation in and entry into this giveaway must be in compliance with RU-vid's Community Guidelines. Entries which don’t comply with RU-vid’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
2. Giveaways adhere to RU-vid’s Contest Policies and Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
3. RU-vid IS NOT A SPONSOR OF ANY GIVEAWAY ON THIS OR ANY OTHER CHANNEL APPEARING IN THIS VIDEO. By entering any Giveaways, you release RU-vid from any and all liability related to the Giveaway. Giveaway participants must adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, including U.S. sanctions. Void where prohibited by law. Personal data sent to us is for the sole purpose of sending the item(s) won and will not be shared with any third party nor used for any other purpose.
