cheers for all your content on this game. been learning heaps more. i have been leveling all characters that i have, only missing jabba and jhu. ive noticed most people focused on 1 to 3 teams only, but i'm in no rush. just glad they havent added any more characters yet.

The Orion, Helios, Lars, Krista team can work with most tanks really, though Chabba, Aurora, and Ziri are definitely the best for that one. It's generally a glass cannon strategy where you try and burn down the other team fast enough that healing isn't necessary. It works better if the other team is using slow healers like Martha, it's less effective if they are using someone like Thea who heals much more aggressively while buffing magic defense and can hit your mages with silence.

I almost have Helios and I find him interesting. For my current I have Maya, Celeste, Nebula, Qing Mao and Astaroth. leveling up my k'arkh to replace qing a few times, and I might switch between maya, Martha and helios. Looking forward to the stats video!

@@Artsy-Fae Their missions take so much energy....I'm starting to think it's not worth it. It's slowing my hero promotions. Maybe I just accept the free soul stones for them when I can, and keep them at 3/4 stars for now!

I've been playing for 3 days. I don't spend cash so I'm usually pretty conservative with my resources. But Because of the great discount, I took a chance and got 10 heroic chests and there he was. (Helios)

i pulled helios from my daily chest freebie a week or so ago so the daily reward stones will be good for evolving him, I was really disappointed, if you got all the daily reward stones last month for astrid you ended up being one short to evolve her, but I scored stones from the daily chest for that as well.

Thank you for a fantastic job. This is my go to place to know which strategy, skin etc etc to go for or avoid. Finally got Helios and got him to violet+2. Orion also is violet+2. Sadly I haven’t got Dorian and Martha yet. Want have Astaroth, Celeste, Helios, Orion and Dorian. Swap in Jurgen and/or Martha depending on opposition. Question. Does Keira fit in any Helios-team? I’ve invested a lot of skincoins (winterskin), glyphs artifacts etc and do not want to abandon her. What’s your recommendations?

Helios is a good swap-in hero against crit-heavy teams like Jhu or Ishmael.

About the team with Chabba, I don't think that the twins, nor Orion may need the enemy tank "dissapear" to do high damage to the enemies in the back. Also, Chabba is a physical damage hero, he would profit from heroes that increase physical damage (Dorian, Nebula, ...). Wouldn't that team work better with Aurora as tank, since all her skills scale with magic power? Since Aurora may also absorb magic damage, she will mittigate some of this damage, while Helios will do the same against physical damage. Or Rufus. I think that against mixed teams, to support yours with Cornelius + Astaroth or Aurora/Rufus + Helios would be helpful.

First off, thanks for the comment! I'm not at end game just yet, but from what I know and hear, no team with Aurora would work better. Even with this new skin, she just dies too fast to a lot of common teams. Astaroth would be a better tank, that also scales with magic attack. The Twins work very well without a tank, to be honest.

It really depends on the hero, but generally if it's a hero you plan to level up at all, you need to do all the things.

I've got Hellos, Orion, Elmer, Dorian, & Galahad as my #2 GA team. But might be switching to Chabba now.

Great work man, these videos of yours help a lot, especially people very early in the game like myself. May I ask some advice about my team and the pvp in general? My main pgs are currently Orion, Helios, Dorian, jorgen and astaroth. Theorically speaking, I think these guys should work great together but I'm struggling against almost every team I face in the arena, is it because of my lvl? I'm currently 64 and I usually face teams about lvl 67,68 or even 70 and above. Do 3 or 4 levels matter that much? If so, will it change as soon as I get to higher lvls like 80 or above? Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Great question! Level doesn't matter as much as team cohesion and relative power level. Is there power level significantly higher than yours? That would indicate they've invested a whole lot more into skins/glyphs/artifacts. That IS a good team, though.

No not really, my power is around 70k and theirs is usually almost the same, if not even lower in some battles. That's why I can't figure out my struggling, I have all skills powered up, lvl 10 artifacts and lvl 15-20 main skin, and still some random teams keep kicking my ass lol

@@theactualmarco2039 There are teams way lower than mine that kick my ass. It's likely due to team composition or bad luck. To be honest, at your level, the heroes haven't really stepped fully into their roles yet. I would guess that as you get into the 90s-100s your team will take off (against certain teams faster than others) and those teams that are just thrown together without thought of team cohesion will get left behind.

@@theactualmarco2039 Keep in mind that all teams have a weakness. Yours is going to get blown up by Andvari and any anti-magic teams (Rufus, or Luther, or Cornelius, or Faceless).

@@astr0nox Oops! Sorry! RNG means Random Number Generator, which is the system computer programs use to randomly assign a value, such as random chance for loot in the daily chest.

@@astr0nox Yea if you think about it, each item is assigned a number, and that number is added to a list of numbers (the other items in that chest), and then each number in the list is assigned a weight (or duplicated to create artificial weight). Then it's just clicking the random number generator assigned to that chest once the command is input (the command being, us opening a chest) and voila, we're assigned a random number value from a pre-determined list.

Helios is in my top 5 - Astaroth, Helios, Orion & Martha and then i swap in Jorgen, Celeste or Dorian depending on opponent. That’s my A team

Hero Wars Central along with heal, Martha also speeds them up which increases their damage making her a good fit

hi i'm following your videos for a while now and i really think that you are doing a great job. i want to ask your opinion on something. what first team do you recomend for me and why? i have the following heros in descending order by power: arachne, astaroth, celeste, thea, ginger, luther, galahad, keira, helios, phobos, artemis, heidi. plus i could buy maybe one of these: maya, faceless/cornelius or maybe jorgen.

Astaroth is a great tank, first of all. Then, grab both Celeste and Thea. Those are great healers/support/damage heroes. I would probably next choose a damage dealer, either Keira or Ginger. They're both really strong, but I think Keira is slightly better mid to late game. Finally, grab Jorgen. He's a great all around support, and a top3 hero at end game. That's just a quick suggestion!

Man I've tried so many times to do so. I just can't figure one that competes at a high level. Maybe a pure dodge team? Or a pure agi team?

@@HeroWarsCentral i tried many times with maxed out stats in guild test enviroment. an agility team wont work. now - with cain pet - it seems that dodge ability was considered for the first time. I think programmers need to link more the agility to the ATTACK FREQUENCY. it has to be noticeable on screen when battling. if dante will hit 2 times in the normal cycle of idle time of the other heroes, maybe he will have some chance of being a viable character. just like aracne and also nebula (SAD).

My favourite hero so far is GInger i liked her from the very beginning and i have invested and spoiled her alot. Atm i'm using her togheter with Astaroth, Celeste, Jorgen and Arachne. what heroes works better with Ginger? i'm thinking on replacing Arachne with someone. but i can't really decide who. any suggestion? I play the mobile version

Arachne is a great support hero, you could use Nebula, Andvari, or maybe QingMao for more Armor Penetration.

I've got an Astaroth, Galahad, K'arkh, Keira, Celeste team on a level of 51. Any recommendations? I mean, it works oht quite good but... I'm kinda new in the game

That'll be a decent team for awhile, but you may need more heals than Celeste in the future. Think about swapping out Galahad for Martha, Thea, or Maya.

yes there is a guaranteed way to get cleaver. cleaver comes when you don't need him anymore. so if you invest your asto fully and totally cleaver will come to you to make you more and more spend. did we get it?

I think it could work, but it's definitely got some holes. I love Luther but I'm worried he's not strong enough.

Helios is a good hero but not in my top 15 because according to my testing: (Tank, 2nd tank or warrior, Orion, Helios, Dorian)

@@HeroWarsCentral I make sure to use him against teams with many magickal players. His Strength artifact is at lvl 100 at 4 stars. He does a good job against magickal teams, as he cannot die due to magick. Physical teams he is a bit squishy but with Qing Mao there she helps with the front line and I have her dodge glyph pretty high.

I have the same team helios, orion, dorian, jorgen and TEA. With thise healing power I kick es**s even 10 lvs more or 10k more are not a problem, BUT only Rufus teams make me cry so far :D now I upgrade Galahat(looking for champion skin) to change Tea when needed for more phisic dmg. I think strong Galahat will fit well in this team becouse of the vamp. and the 2nd skill of Jorgen-gives sheld with extra energy. And Galahat will use his 1st skill more often and will heal himself better. Am I right? Or I must thing for other tank.
