I love that this is his natural speaking voice; I thought he'd have to change the pitch or so, but this is frigging awesome! It's just like how Brandon Keener used his natural speaking voice for Garrus.

Just listening to him talk makes me happy. He could be reciting the alphabet and I would sit here smiling stupidly at the computer while he did it.

Alistair is one of the best characters in the BioWareverse. I often joke with friends about him being a walking cliché, because, y'know, his dad, his uprising, and all this never-licked-a-lamppost-in winter business, all of which seem to paint him as the conflicted but romantic Paladin-(or Templar, as it were) type... and yet there's so much more to him than this. Don't know if you'll get what I mean, but his personality puts him way beyond this rough outline. He's got quirks, weaknesses and wit, and absolutely stellar dialogue, and from his first introduction, he develops continually as a character. And as a player, you come to appreciate it not for what he _represents_, but simply for who he _is_. So, thank you for writing such characters, that feel like people, Bioware. You're the bee's knees.

I love these voice actor interviews. Would love to see an interview with Jon Curry, talking about all his voices (including Zevran of course, and the male Inquisitor), and Gideon Emery, who has got to talk about Fenris (and maybe Samson).

I agree with Lelana that Alistair's awkwardness​ makes him endearing. Steve should give a girl a rose and give the same speech Alistair did. I don't know about other girls, but that's when I fell for him.

To Nicolas loop... Get off it. It would totally upset you if your warden was voiced??? I could think of a half a dozen voice actors I'd be totally happy voicing my warden. Jennifer Hale for one. I want to see my warden again so much that I wouldn't care if she sounded like Duffy duck at this point. Yes I am sick of people saying how sacrilegious it would be to put spoken words in my wardens mouth. Well if you don't want them to speak put them on mute and read the subtitles. I want to see my warden again because she is important in my play through if the wardens face the dark spawn again.I know that other players have killed off their wardens but hey there are those who haven't. The Warden who killed the archdemon is and will always be an important character. I didn't write the story arcs bioware did.
