It's insane some of these situations are actually extremely dangerous. shoutout to all the unsung heros out there.

If any of you didn’t know, there are stickers you can get to put in your house that tells firefighters how many pets and what kinds of pets you have. This helps them do their job much faster, so please please do this in case of a fire to help your animals.

My parents were both firefighters and my mom was also an EMT. My parents came home grinning from ear to ear one night from a house fire. Daddy was still in his blue Captain's hat and turnouts and he smelled like smoke and looked exhausted, but it was one of the happiest times I have ever seen him. He said the family had a momma dog who had recently had four puppies. When they pulled the family and doggies out of the house, momma doggie and her babies were all unresponsive. Daddy said he gave the momma oxygen while my mom and a few other EMTs revived the puppies. He said it was the most amazing feeling bringing the family's fur-babies back. ALL of the family members survived that night. 😇

I wish the firefighters and EMS were as compassionate when my house burned. One told me: "They're only birds". SMH! 😤💔😢

Firefighters saved all my 3 dogs and 2 cats from a fire 11 years ago. They are true heroes. Through my life I've dealt with almost every single government agency. Nothing comes close to firefighters. Truly the last selfless people in USA G-d bless and protect you all!
