Due to some comments, I have the feeling that the work I put into the description of the video is completely unnecessary, no one will read it. Or do I speak English very poorly, so "free download" or "inspired by Vangelis" mean something different to me than to a native English speaker? Hmmm... @@wizards-themagicalconcert5048 Legit question. I did. And I agree with you to a degree....."Music sounds good".....BUT.......not under the moniker of "Vangelis". Molnar's overall electro "tone" and composition 'suits' what he terms "AI" music. The graphic is outstanding!! 🖤♠

Más előadók is megkísérelték már Vangelis zeneszerzésének lényegét megragadni. Nem túl sok meggyőző-erővel. De itt, a concepció megfelelő tapintattal és méltósággal valamint stílusérzékkel nyúl a Mester emlékéhez. Élmény volt! Gratulálok.

Actually there is no perfect promt. All I ask from AI is "make a Vangelis style song". I sometimes add to it ("anthem", "Jon Anderson", "epic", "atmospheric", etc.) and listen to the end result. It fails most of the time, not the right style, poor, bad, monotonous, confusing. Sometimes the AI gets a good idea and starts to initiate a song. I have him complete these, but sometimes he can't follow up well or isn't creative. I throw many song fragments in the trash. It takes a lot of time, sometimes luck, and a little musical ear. Then, after many, many hours and hundreds of tries, I come up with a song and exclaim, "Oh my God, that's it!" :) After a bit of editing, I organize these songs into units, name them by mood, and that's how these albums are born.

You're probably getting negative comments because AI can't be "inspired" by anything. It's a machine-learning process that's trained to mimic patterns it has no conceptual understanding of.

You're right, inspiration is not the best word, but I couldn't find a better one. The word "tribute" implies my own compositions, and "Vangelis style" is too little, there is actually more to it than that. After all, I'm the one who instructs the AI to follow the patterns of a particular artist, so ultimately I'm the one who inspires the AI to make the music. What do you think is the solution? I would definitely like to inform the viewer of the video in the video title what to expect when they start the video. At the same time, I don't get many negative comments, rather supportive ones, but I also try to accommodate anyone who has any objections to the content.

All music on both youtube and my bandcamp page is free to download, you don't have to pay for anything!
