Flying from Scotland to Crete for the first time in August 2024... bringing my mum along as a birthday gift for her..... we will be staying in Hersonissos near the port end of the town. Been watching all your videos of Hersonissos, Heraklion, Malia and more and loving every one of them. Can't wait to get there and experience the Greek and Cretan culture. i am pretty sure that if that area of star beach opened in february many people would go there its cooler there but its even cooler in other places around the world people would come there
Thanks again for the video Zameer ❤, nice and recognizable places for me there in Hersonissos, but for now I think it is becoming too touristy and too busy there on the north side of Crete. These days we are going to the south of Crete, this year we will stay for a few weeks in May between Damnoni and Plakias, beautiful beaches, nice traditional Greek restaurants and a bit quieter. 😉
Always good to see Hersonissos, the place where i had so much fun in my youth. Best time of my life. When you go to Friet from Piet you have to try the frikadel speciaal. It's with curry and unions😋.And i agree with you, Hersonissos is not only a party place.there are so many other things to do and see there.✌🏼

Delly's is a nice place indeed. We've been there in November a few times. They are open all year round (only closed on Tuesdays). Good video again Zameer 👍 👏

Bonjour on vient a l'hotel a coté de Hersonissos du 15 au 30 avril 2024 on voit des temperatures annoncees dans les 20°c , me confirmez vous cela en cette periode et les boutiques sont elles deja ouvertes ou est ce que c'est plus tard dans la saison
@zameerpactyan thank you. Just taking the kids pre exams for a chill out and a swim. 20'c is plenty warm enough from where we are. Just don't want to turn up and the slides and pools on star beach be closed as that's where we are staying. Cheers
