Bios:
Eric Kaufmann is Professor of Politics at The University of Buckingham and Director of the Centre for Heterodox Social Science. He directs Buckingham’s new MA in the Politics of Cultural Conflict and PhD in Cultural Politics as well as its open online course on Woke: the Origins, Dynamics and Implications of an Elite Ideology.
Professor Gaudiano is an Adjunct Associate Professor at New York University Stern School of Business. He is a social entrepreneur who uses a unique research approach to address issues of Diversity & Inclusion across various aspects of society.
Professor Gaudiano is also Founder and President of Aleria Research Corp (ARC), a nonprofit leveraging Paolo’s decades of experience in business, technology and academia, to transform how people think about diversity and what they do about it, with the ultimate goal of making our society more inclusive and equitable.

Just a tip for those listening to this video...slow down the speed when Gaudiano is speaking...it can be hard to keep up at his speed of talking.

Nice conversation, but they seem to sidestep the 'why' behind the data highlighting differences between groups. Instead of exploring whether these differences in outcomes reflect inherent disparities between the groups-such as variations in interest, ability, or other factors-it remains vague and lacks a clear analysis or explanation. The remark about children towards the end shows some progress, but it seems like Gaudiano has a blind spot in his thinking.
