As men enter adulthood they often relinquish their male friendships - and wind up isolated and lonely. Great video! I'm from Greece and we have the same problem,, due to long work hours, the rising cost of living and family obligations. Side note: I know you plan your videos in advance but if it's possible i would like to ask for a dedicated video with book recommendations. You already mentioned some books you like on the channel, like Quentin Crisp, Meg Jey, and James Hollis. Already read Meg jey's book and plan to read more by the previous aforementioned authors.

I do recommend books in a few videos, but I have some ideas for upcoming videos in which I'll discuss individual books - not really a full booklist. For the problem of men's isolation I'd recommend a book that's a bit old now: Putnam's Bowling Alone.
