Just a little disclaimer....Strings don't actually look like that in real time. The reason they appear that way is because of the camera's frame rate compensating for the frames it misses. An A string on a violin is 440 Hz, which means it vibrates back and forth (a cycle) 440 times a second. Just let that sink in... (:

Lily Barber That is correct Lily, I am actually relearning how to control my vibrato right now. I was in an accident a couple years ago that messed up my vibrato and now causes it to be very shaky and uncontrolled. But I am making very good progress!

Oh my God! That was incredible! You rock. Keep up the amazing work. If only you were my violin teacher! But you give me great motivation to start practicing again. I'm a singer and piano player and guitar player, and I started teaching my boyfriend guitar and he started doing this song. I wanted so badly to remember how to play violin and play along with him instead of singing, but thankfully I still have a violin. So I will be practicing now. ESPECIALLY because I hope to be as good as you. You are amazing. I'm definitely subscribing and sharing this all over the internet.
