This song really remimds me of my ocd Obviously intrusive thoughts and then the feeling bad for them ("let the maggots feast while you rot in jail") Theres the wanting to punish yourself for having such vile thoughts ("i wanna scratch myself with infected rust") Ocd convincing you its you thinking it and you're choosing to be this way ("I think if you're bunny then im bunny too") Then it trying to cling to you and become worse snf take over you when you try and recover ("is that your name again its making me laugh coz we used to be friends", "i only see myself as what we were", "what if i lose you too", "if we become one monster together we can always be blue") It just resonates so much with my ocd experience

Wow, just seeing this song again, after a while just bring me back to middle school when I first heard it. I love to see you grow from a small artist to being featured in a popular tv show, hell, even my mother watches Ginny and Georgia. I remember me telling her about your music being featured in the show and just went on a mini rant about how much I love your work. I just hope that more people will appreciate your songs the way me and many other of your listeners do .

This song is so accurate to the experience of having intrusive thoughts due to obsessive-compulsive disorder. Being distressed by the images and actions presented to oneself within their own head but being unable to ignore them. "If-then" statements within OCD are a prominent theme; if you don't do this, then ( insert negative event ) will occur. Or alternatively, if you do this, ( insert positive thing ) will happen, but if you don't fulfill the compulsion, it won't. It feels like a unique flavor of insanity, repeating an action to achieve a result that doesn't have any correlation to a desired result.

It's this piece of emotion that is completely unique to everyone. The meaning of what I'm hearing as it relates to myself is something that nobody else will ever experience in it's entirety. It is nothing short of beautiful.

Just discovered this song today! This is so amazing!

I feel like this song capulates so many different peoples experiences and disorders. In my experience, this song is really resonates with me because of my BPD and Bipolar disorder. The iconic line about wanting to scratch yourself with infected rust speaks on the suicidal and depressive side of me because i know something's wrong, But that doesn't just magically cure it all. Another example is the line about if your bunny then i'm bunny too which speaks to the part of me that attaches itself to people and has a "favorite person". In conclusion, I really love this song and it's developed to be a comfort song of mine and I think it's really interesting how it capulates so many different peoples feelings.

this song is so special to me. besides being very relatable even in its rhythm, it has also helped me a lot. for instance, i'm a writer and writing is my deepest, most genuine passion; however, as someone who is always going through depressive episodes and lack of motivation, it is VERY difficult to write anything besides small poems (sometimes, i can barely write one with, like, 5 verses). howbeit, once, when listening to this beautiful song, it occured me that i could write a short story based on - or, at the very least, inspired by - it. so, for the first time in ages, i was able to do something i love once again, since 99,9% of the things i "like" (in that state, liking something is unreal) were taking me too much energy, or i'd simply not feel strong enough to do it at all (i wasnt doing much besides listening to music while staring at the ceiling during my whole free time and playing games. sometimes, not even those; i'd just sleep all day). its funny, though, because i dont know what really motivated me to do so. im glad anyway, and the composer/writer/singer... they have all my heart and gratitude for creating that, for, besides what i have already said here, it has helped me understand and expresse myself better. :) p.s.: sorry for my bad language, it is not my first language and im writing this quickly. thanks
