I feel tea/coffee always becomes delicious once you froth it like the tea kadai anna with a tumblet dawara.. else it just doesn't get the final touch it deserves..
I made my first chai cup at 9 and my parents were impressed with how good it tasted it’s been about 7 years and my whole family loves it a lot it’s nice to see others enjoying their recipes

In kolkata...we always boil the milk frist, and add the flavor in to the milk,(ginger, cardamom) After that sugar and tea powder.. In slow flame we make the liker strong and little thick...that's how we consume tea
Here in Assam we don't even use sugar for tea. Just tea and boiled water. The richness of tea is enough to enjoy to be honest. I'm talking about local house hold tea though not those comercial cheap place ones.
Hack- for plain but flavourful tea, let the tea leaves soak in hot water for a few mins( strictly make sure you don't boil the tea leaves) then add hot, boiling milk to it n serve with sugar.. Boiling tea leaves too much can give bitter taste and kills the actual flavor of tea! Enjoy😊😊
