The most interesting things you posted was the 30 day sober challenge. People appreciate seeing struggle and success bc it's something we can all relate to.
Appreciate that. I did another 30 day workout challenge recently but never posted it here. I have a lot of thoughts on that challenge and I learned a lot. Some stuff I kinda wish I didn’t learn because it messed with my head. But I appreciate you dude!

Break Your shell and come out of your comfort zone, with a simple hello to a girl or guy. It can spark the Flame Inside and make you a little bit more comfortable.. I was like that in high school then I just started saying hi to everyone not a conversation just a simple hi and they start to notice you and Include you....

I recommend you read into yung and the shadow I see a lot of you in me. I have a sneaking suspicion your RU-vid persona is too much of a persona/mask, maybe your depression is really a burnout that is exasperated by burnouts on top of burnouts. Idk try reading a lot of yung and meditation/shadow work. It’s a fucking process bro and I have genuine mental illness… bpd/narcolepsy/cptsd/audhd. But there is light to find in your own path with god and praying and seeing signs on top of reading and expanding your mind. And once you can recover to make the switch from depression to self improvement it’s a good look into what you can make your life. I’ve been switching between both over the past few years and it’s hard. But I know and I know you as well can find what makes u fuckin happy and proud of your self and ready to face the world as yourself and not a persona that will burn itself out tryna prove itself wrong. For me it’s music/cooking/eating well/skating/capoeira and 0-20% fucking around… and social connection with people I give a fuck about who give a fuck about me
