This was the worst door lock I have ever bought. It does on me, and any and every attempt to correct it has failed.

I need to purchase the longer latch. How do I buy parts for this?

How do you replace the batteries after installation?

I couldn't get the lock to turn on at all and after an hour of messing with it I discovered the aa batteries just don't fit and I had to put foil on the first one to get it to work

This door lock too easy to pick it need a deadbolt for better safety

Bishal Bajra 1 second ago I have 10 Homgeek lock and suddenly when i tried to unlock using the keys, all (except for 1) don't work anymore, keys cannot turn (i tested it when installing and worked before), can someone advise.

I changed the master code, it worked for awhile, now it won't work any more. How do I change the master code if it isn't working?
