Just purchased two of the frames. Now i am in the prosess of installing both my iflight DC3(cracked frame) and Dayton Taycan 3"(too sluggish) electronics/motors(too sluggish). I was pleased to hear your review, it is what I expected. I'm hoping for at least some decent freestyle with out the ducts and GoPro.
Thanks for the review and the flying tips. I’m currently waiting for the DJI fpv drone to be released. The leaks are so tempting. Might practice on this first while I wait...
Nice flight Tom! I'm using the Diatone Taycan cinewhoop currently, but I'm on 1500mah 4S. I may get some smaller batteries based on your suggestions and see if it improves performance.
@@danielfix7871 unfortunately nothing yet, haven't had a chance to buy them lol. We recently bought a new house so I've been inundated with projects and non drone related expenses 😉
What an amazing spot ! Great video as always Tom. Personally I just bought the Holybro Kopis Cinewhoop, I really like the original ducts looks and performance gain ! I don't know if you've tried one of those "Shendrones Squirt" style of cinewhoop, I'd be interested in your feedback compared to this !
Thanks for always writing such a nice comment Ced, appreciate it. Let me know how Kopis flies. I will try Shendrones Squirt one day for sure, heard a lot of good things about it
This one can go through smaller gaps, but Protek35 is more agile and faster. Check my Protek review here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-24CwjeIk8Ac.html
Thank you, Tom! I'm looking for a 3 inch cinewhoop that is quiter than the regular cinewhoops and I think this is the one :) I want to fly it indoor and outdoor. Do you think this one will do the job with a full gopro? Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!
It is powerful enought to carry a Gopro 6,7,8 yes.. But I would say that Gopro 9 is too heavy.. I mean it could carry it, but the weight distribution is not optimal..
May i ask if using the stand at the button of the gopro 8 itself like you did in the video instead of a tpu case work with the hypersmooth? Wonder if using the stand itself will have jello in the hypersmooth image , thankyou so much
He is a legened! :D I would go with Protek 35 because it can fly faster and because it can carry a fully sized action camera with no problem :) but for slow precision flying through really small gaps.. HGLRC Sectro150
Agree with the Protek35! I’m loving mine! Check out my unboxing and a few other videos I have with the protek! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t6I0XdX8Tlc.html
Yea protek35 looked good too.. 3.5" power and u can remove prop guards too.. I was looking building 4" cinewhoop. Think stanfpv offers one. And now has 5" ducts. But 3.5" might be nice for a hero 8 or 9..
@@LZRFPV u have to take the top plate off.. maybe undo bottom screws.. seen video someone took it apart. I didn't get one had to put it on hold. They said u can remove the props. They are like 50g lol
