HGUC Dom/ Rick Dom - Mobile Suit Gundam UNBOXING and Review!

If they do a revive, I really hope they do a combo like this with the parts to build either and NOT make the Dom a standard release and Rick-Dom P-Bandai

we did get an improved HG Dom from the HG The Origin line in the form of the Dom Test Type and that thing has impressive articulation especially the legs despite the bulky bell-bottoms it can still fully bend its knees, I hope the kit might be reworked into a HGUC Revive Dom.

One of the better 'old' HG kits I've built. Super fun and unique build. So many weapons, expressive hand, moving monoeye. Has a lot of personality.

I dont think we get HG Revive for this but then I remember the HG Ground Type 1.0 released one year later get HG Revive in 2018. The Build Fighter ver Dom R35 is a sign for HG Revive Dom yet we aren't getting any light till today.

One of my favorite hgs , I've built a bunch of hgs and older kits when I was younger, but this was the first kit when I was done with it I really felt like I had what was on the box. Great review 👍

The Dom/Rick Dom is such an iconic MS int he Gundam franchise that is strange they didn't made a Revive version of this already The did revive of almost all Zeon MS from 0079 and Dom and Gelgoog are just the two left out until now I would rather like to build a Dom revive than a Barbatos or a Lfrith that doesnt meet my tastes But i already bought a Rick Dom MG 2.0 and it will be my next Gunpla when i will finish to build and paint HGUC Messer F01

This kit makes me wonder if it was made by the same designers behind the classic MG Dom. Both hold up well despite their age.

If you have the HGUC Zeong on band, can you attach this guy's legs to the Zeong?? The 2 main thrusters have the same hip polycaps as the old HGUC Zeon suits

There is a cool gimmick in the feet where it can move forward and show the thrusters inside

watching this review made me dig out the kit from the backlog mountain.. and I'll be buying a second one if I can, supply shortages be damned.. would do a Black Tri Stars custom project if the miracle of finding 3 more happens..

I hope my hobby shop still has the ones I saw, I really want them now

Dude with all the 30mm kits that are just olive or purple colored dom’s I bet you could kit bash the dom armor onto the frame of a 30mm kit with not much fixing to do and you could get a highly articulate and heavily loaded dom. The 30MM 1/144 bEXM-28G REVERNOVA is Fr just a super bad ass dom, I got mine off side7 so it’s gona be a while till I get mine but until I do I think I’m gona get a dom looking 30mm kit and see what I can do with the dom shell. The dom’s one of my favorite Zeon suits and the Rick Dias and all Dias/Dom type suits so if I can do this I’m about to have a fleet of super dom’s. I’m thinking about having one with 6 arms with 2 Gatling guns, 2 shields, back up 6 heat hawks or maybe 2 efreet long axes, 4 sturm Faust on the legs and 2 dwadge beam cannons. Ima make kampfer amazing look like a swiss army knife lol.

man i used to HATE the early zaku designs but the more i look at them the better they start to look thos kit is really cheap and really easy to custom

I have the combo kit with the chars custom rick dom and the G-3 gundam

something within me wants to try to bash this with the Prototype Dom from the HG The Origin Line to try to make the regular Dom/Rick Dom from The Origin. or I guess scribing and painting would do the trick?

I have HG Dom Troppen kit on back log. What's the difference between this Dom and Dom Troppen?

around, 3:14 u'd notice that the right arm's piece is placed perpendicular to how it is supposed to be placed such that there is a little gap in it with the elbow joint. (edit: actually kinda the entire video)
