I agree with that, is not the easiest job out there. But is a good company to work for. Also if you follow the rules and you are patient is not too bad to build up some experience in a busy environment.
The theory test comprises of WTD (working time directive) and driving hours regulation questions. Also some manual handling and highway code . After that is the driving assessment but I am sure that you will be fine with it. Good luck.
Looks like you would get soaked when it's raining if you have to tail lift everything off.Are there any deliveries where you have to unload the cages for the customers?I work with a guy who has just accepted a job with Booker and leaving Lidl deliveries which are Pallets off with a PPT with most stores with docking bays in the dry.I hope he has made the right move??
