Bro it's tough jumping to class 1 . People don't realise the full pressure of the drive and delivery at new places. It can defo throw you off. Iv got lucky because iv worked at the same company class 2 for a year and class 1 for about 3 months. Guna do another 3 months and jump to another company
Easy to see why so many new to HGV pack it in witjin the first 12 months....😢 far from just driving and with firms on super tight margins, costly drivers can't stay beyond too many errors and omissions?
