During the Kuomboka Ceremony, the guest of honor starts the journey with the Litunga until at a point called Imatongo where the paddlers take a rest for a Meal. The Meal is a special Lozi porridge known as Ilya (Special poridge mixed with Soure milk).
At Imatongo the Guest of owner heads to the Limulunga Royal Palace where he will welcome the Litunga.
