"The letter does not make a business case for continuation." I bet people noodled on this point for a long time. Probably didn't matter as HP leadership was focused on destroying the business.

Very interesting, but there's a reason cinematographers don't use autofocus.

Cinematographers aren't simultaneously monitoring 2 cameras and 3 microphones, while also trying to enjoy a conference. Also, despite my protests, Richard insisted on turning off the lights in the room for his presentation, which made things difficult for the cameras, but he didn't care. But if you really want to see things in focus, you should come to the conference yourself.
