I also knew many Mexicans that lived in the same apartment complex as us and they were poorer than we were and they also didn't rob or steal. Our public schools were shit also but they tried their best and we were always grateful for that, it only made us work harder to get into college and get a great career to allow us to move out of the hood. what I propose is harsher prison sentences because this low bail shit obviously isn't working.
