no, buying only 1 bp won't be enough 1 knight only gives you 14 balls including dorm shop if you don't buy any, you only get 5 balls including dorm shop per patch 14 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 29 balls hotr card is 32 balls, so you going to miss 3 balls even if you bought the most expensive bp once, you still going to miss 1 ball to buy hotr card on v8.1 so you have to buy 2 bp to get hotr card
