Hi I received my coffee machine today and really enjoyed the cup of coffee and the steam wand worked well frothing the milk. Unfortunately when I went to make my 2nd cup I could no longer get steam from the wand. The reservoir was full and the coffee function still works.

Hi. I just bought the same espresso machine yesterday and did everything whats told in the manual and it works well, but today I tried to open it but the machine won’t extract any espresso even if the function knob is in the coffee position. Can you help me?

I have this machine. How can i get on the pre-infusion ? I don't know how , but i disabled It and now i don't know how to turn on again It , because imho i think It's Better with pre-infusion 😢

When I steam my milk it leaves a weird flavor on it, like burnt plastic, what can I do? I tried to steam water to see if it was the milk and also water gets that bad flavor

Hi. I tried to adjust the volume of a single cup without the coffee filter installed and now the machine is releasing water through the steam stick instead of releasing it through the shower. The function button is in the coffee position. I have already restored the factory settings and the problem persists. How can I solve this problem?

I am dissapointed at the coffee quality with this machine - I am either with a really bad machine, or I am using the wrong type of mowing (current coffee is a universal mowing) - My previous coffee machine, a $50 plastic expresso machine, would make mind-blowing quality coffee with that powder, creamy and full, why won't this one? I know this is a chinese product, and given the Chinese lack of tradition with coffee, maybe that is why this machine is not so perfect yet... I hope I either get some feedback to get creamy coffee or I will order a new machine from another producer and exchange this one...
