@@mx1210 To build speed, and stamina for your mile on your speed workouts to get faster run the 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, and the 1200, those will get you strong for your mile, and the distance days run your 3200, 5k, and 10k. Those are the workouts you should be doing. The distance will get your lungs strong.
