I don't know Andy, watching this series is one of those pleasures verging on pain at what we've missed over the last two Summers, the weather Gods were certainly looking down on you favourably! Great to see some slightly more off the beaten track areas shown in all their technicolour loveliness. Definitely a highlight of my viewing week.
I totally get that Steve. It's even a bit like that for me too. I had planned to get so many more trips in this year, but this was the only one I could actually see through. So frustrating. The weather was a constant surprise as rain was continually forecast! Have a great weekend mate.
All the work and effort you're putting into your videos lately is not going unnoticed. Your videos have always been good, but recently you took them to another level. The editing, the multiple camera angles, the tastefully chosen music really makes them a great experience to watch and me feel like I'm right there with you. Amazing stuff!
Hi Andy, you just confirmed you don't need an adv bike and knobby tires to find epic scenery and roads👍really enjoying this tour. Just the job to brighten up a damp dreary day here on the emerald isle.🤩
Wow totally awesome, reminds me of years ago going through Austria on a Europe trip. Great place for sure, big thanks for sharing. Great vid from you as always 🤓😎🏍💨💨💨💨💨👍🏻🇨🇦🥂
Look at Thhhaaaatttt! Looks stunning but you wouldn't want to get it wrong on some of those. The Insta360 Onex2 was made for this and you're making the best of it. Nice work Andy
@@AndyManCam my favorite place is Kranjska Gora in Slovenia. I would move there in a second given half a chance. The place is border with Italy, Austria and Switzerland, has all four seasons divided equally and is so pretty. Been there numerous times before Covid and the more I go the more I’m in love with this place.
You definitely picked a better day to climb the Zillertal Hohestrasse than I did last week! Didn't know it had such a beautiful view up top, wow! Thanks for bringing us along.
Not going to lie of the thousands of motorbiking videos I have watched this is by far one of the most beautiful I have watched thank you for all you amazing content 🫡
Thank you very much indeed Aaron. I really appreciate you taking the time to say so. Hopefully there’ll be more in the future that make you feel the same way!
Just reading through previous comments and lots of people have said it better than I can. But fantastic video, stunning scenery and great commentry. Thanks Andy 👍👍
So much beauty it’s hurting my eyes… need to wear sunnies watching your excellent AMC vids.. I’m giving up living in Aus… moving to Austria and going to ride those roads till I die of happiness….meanwhile back in reality and lockdown…. I can dream.
Just 2 weeks ago me and my father did also ride with Mike from Hotel Zum Pinzger. Very good hotel, food , service and very nice people. Definitely going back next year!
Really enjoyed that video Andy! You were lucky to get your own guide for the day! Beautiful scenery and weather! No rain suits?!?! Must be slipping!! 😄 Cheers! Brightened my day up no end!!
Glad to hear it Christopher, Thanks! He was quite funny. I checked in to the hotel and he just said "So we're going riding tomorrow!" and that was that! :D
Hi Andy, for some reason RU-vid stopped notifications for me so I've been missing your stuff for a while.I do miss your old intro tune but it's great to be back (again) Keep up the good work dude 👍🏻👍🏻😎
It is easy to get lazy in the comments, to use emojis. They just wouldn't do this justice. 🤗🤔🤨 What a sublime experience, with the situation and the filming, leading to an outstanding journey. Thank you for taking me along. 😍😎😎, well....
@@AndyManCam Yep. I enjoyed it and many of your others. Thing is, if it all goes to plan, I might be covering some of these rides, just on a scooter. So, a true appreciation of what you do and show here, but I will probably have 250cc and 600mm of sheepskin seat. If I knew any Latin phrases, I would probably say something Latish. 😊
You keep inspiring me too throw some luggage racks on my cb and go on weekend blasts. I live in Idaho and we have so many roads that would be great for this type of getaways.
Incredible footage Andy! Some of those 360 shots are absolutely sublime, top notch! Brilliantly edited and narrated once again dude!! Keep up the fantastic work 👏
It’s actually quite funny. Just yesterday I put Zillertal Höhenstrasse and Schlegeisspeicher Stausee into my Google Maps list for my next Alptrip 👌😁 Great video!
So following a month off the bike, today the sun was shining so I took a ride out from Munich to Salzburg and back, about 5hours in the saddle. Then I looked at the map to see what tomorrow should bring, looking towards Innsbruck and spotted Mayrhofen where I went on my one and only skiing holiday, looking closer I spied Zillertal and thought to myself “didn’t AndyManCam do a Zillteral ride?” I had not watched it when you released it because I was recovering from what I can only describe as “the grim reaper is coming” although it was a kidney stone along with a possible case of food poisoning 🤔. Anyway the ride looked amazing, so I am hoping I wake up early enough to fit the round trip in to enjoy a bit of the Zillertal area and a trip down memory lane at Mayrhofen. Ian Back on Two Wheels
And fab one in this mini series Andy. Really good of Mike to take the time out to show you those routes, looks a great place to stay. And classic AMC music back! 🎶 just disappointed we didn't see Julie Andrews skipping along the alpine meadows. One personal gripe, I really don't like too much 360 cam I think it detracts, but that's just me.
Thanks Alan! It was a fabulous place to stay! And the mood on the front porch after the days riding was great too. Bunch of tired bikers, bunch of beers and an infectiously cheerful hotel manager! Julie Andrews would have been the icing on the cake, but you have to pay extra for that!
beautiful scenery Andy, and to be honest more pretty then the big hitter tourist spots! ;-) One day I suppose, I was just in Sauerland the other day on my VFR 800 and in the rain there it was a handful in the hills but still a great experience.
I love your videos for reminding me what a miserable life I have. Hahahaha!! Just kidding. I can’t complain, really. BUT DAMN what a beautiful ride!! Thanks for this and the rest of your videos. 🙏🏼
@@AndyManCam Do you map your rides? And if you do, do you share them? I’m trying to piece together a fantasy ride through Europe that I hope one day I can afford to do. Many of your rides are breathtaking and I’d love to travel some of the same mountain roads and passes. Thanks! 😊
Done loads of skiing here, wonderful place, but never biked round it in the Summer; definitely bringing the bike here as soon as I can! Thanks for a superb video... amazingly 2 people have given it a thumbs down...WTF!
Totally Michael. Everywhere you go, there's something amazing to see. I can'T recommend Moho Hotels enough either. I've been lucky enough to have used them 3 times now and always amazing.
I really like where you mounted your 360 for this particular ride, mainly because it looks great in the switchbacks and gives you a better view down into the valleys. As a former videotape editor, I must say I appreciate your editing skills. Everything is timed well and very cohesive, which is a rarity in motovlogging. Thank you for the exceptional content! 👍🏻
Yeah, I thought I'd try something a bit different for this one! It's great for being able to see over the cars and the fences! Thank you kindly for the high praise mate. As a rank amateur with no pro training or experience, it really means a lot to hear such things.
Wow, just wow! Simply stunning scenery! Your videos really do lift my soul, Mr ManCam... especially as I'm watching this on a wet Saturday afternoon in Blighty. I'm already planning a trip to Austria next year and might just have to build the Zillertaler Hohenstrasse into my itinerary. What were your start and finish points for that road? Cheers, and thanks for all the good work. 👍😊
Oh my! How good was that. And to think people actually get to live there. No wonder your host is a happy chappy. In the words of Tina Turner, "simply the best".
Just realised that I had missed a whole raft of AMC videos… What? “But it’s Marmot Murdering Season” you say. Indeed it is…. and I’ve been bogged down with daft deadlines and tedious project admin. I shall make amends and catch up ASAP. Drone footage…. pointless in the mountains. Great stuff as usual and as always thanks for the awesome footage.
WHAAAAAAT!?! TBH that seems to be happening to lots of people lately. RU-vid doesn't seem to see a subscription as a mark of interest in a channel any more! Sorry about the boring stuff, but happy that there's something to look forward to ;D Cheers Christian!
13 hrs since posted and already 79 comments - well 80 now!! Fabulous rendering and blending the four cameras to view the sights you've seen - even loved the vertical view through the trees to the sky. Great Hotel and perfect for bikes. What a basement garage - Thanks again Andy! Is the music you use you own guitar work? So easy listening and a signature tune for your videos :) NZ is back in full lockdown so no riding even when the sun is out unless heading for groceries or emergency work. :(
It seems this scenery just brings in the awe inspired comments! Stunning place. Stunning weather. Stunning Hotel! I want to go back! The last bit of music is mine, otherwise it's borrowed work! I struggle to find the time to put the videos together, let alone make the music too! :D Though that has always been the plan. Real life just always gets in the way eh?!
Really enjoyed this one, Andy. Exactly the kind of camera work, commentary and music mix I've come to expect from you. Nice to hear a bit more of your title music. Is that an original tune? Interesting to see how riding with someone new, means adjusting your natural style. Noticed some of the 'Rubber Band' effect, especially early on. We all have a different 'Rhythm', and travelling with others invariably means a compromise.
Thanks very much! The one at the end was mine, but the others are 'borrowed'!! :D It is always a learning experience riding with others! Faster than you in some bits, slower in others. We each have our own ride !
Hey Andy, for the last couple of days I have been catching up on your back catalogue. All have been brilliant, particularly the roads in Austria. During one of the posts, you mentioned a train from Innsbruck back to Germany overnight. As a Brit hoping to do a trip to Austria soon, could you give me the name of the train line as I don’t fancy the ride all the way. Keep up the great videos and always Live Your LIfe.
