You forgot to mention that Hidden Village and Parq are Russian developers, so from Russians for Russians, which probably also explains the low prices. In addition, real estate developers today pack as many beds as possible onto one property. I don't understand, why should I live in a townhouse in Bali like in Midtown Manhattan...? 🗽That's why I'm really not coming to Bali... but well, still better than Siberia...😂 I would never live there myself, for what reason ever... I myself have been living in Ubud for over 5 years in a small villa with lots of greenery and rice fields all around it...🏝
I agree, I like Bali for the nature and calming environment. If I want an urban place, I would go somewhere else. But to each his own, some people like this style.
Hello sir, your channel is very interesting to me. I think I have a very interesting case study for you that seems extremely profitable to me. There is a channel on YT "slow life in bali" German girl & Australian bloke that took on two projects more or less at the same time. What makes them different than most others is the build their own unique and much better version of a home that is must better dealing with moist and rot by choosing modular home building style. very affordable. Their first project is in ubud and their 20 year lease for their land was only 17K US. Their home looks very nice yet extremely affordable and their total cost might be under 100K total I believe. Would you be interested in looking deeper in to the numbers and their story because their unique approach might be a cash cow for relatively little investment. ( I read their 17k 20 year lease was mentioned in a "business insider article".
