I was on edge at the end thinking Saul would kill Marion. Also the Jesse and Emilio cameo was so unexpected and I loved it. Another great recap and episode.
Same dude, I got a little scared personally when I saw him wrapping the wire around, I was like woah. This guy really is unpredictable as Gene it’s a bit scary lol
I'm wondering if he would have gone through with killing her, if her call button hadn't worked. I'm not sure if he has it in him to kill, especially considering how traumatized he was when he saw Howard killed. In any instance, he seriously underestimated Marion.
@@TracySmith-xy9tq i mean he was about to hit drunk cancer dude in the dome with his dogs ashes urn before he passed out again. But he was very intimidating its the mustache and thick frames😂😂
What a swan song for an 89 year old TV legend. She did an amazing job. At first, you thing she is just for fun and a little comedy but no, she has to put on a killer performance.
I love her all the time but when she became a snitched; I will never look at her the same. She snitched on her ex-husband. She is basically the reason why Jimmy became crazy Saul. Great acting but they should have never made her a snitch.
This is the granite state of better call saul. Just shows us the devastating outcomes and consequences of Saul and Walter's actions. The scene where Kim cries on the bus just broke me and Gene acting like nothing is going on and is still living in his persona was heartbreaking aswell. Amazing acting by everyone and incredible writing especially in this episode.
@@paulnubreu6887 - a guy is talking about his (and mine), favourite show and your lamentable failed life is so empty and devoid of purpose that you mock him even though you’re watching the same video? Wow, just wow . . . 🤣
@@wyomingptt - yep, and then the grandstanding fake little swashbucklers like you gotta try and flex your nonexistent ‘street cred’, climb into Paul Nubreu’s lame little clubhouse and berate the O.P. in the hopes that Nubreu will admit you onto his milt-stained premises and let you be second fiddle to him. _PATHETIC ! ! !_ 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Also the Pina Colada song is about two people in an unsatisfied relationship where they both intend to step out of the relationship by corresponding with someone outside their relationship, but unknowingly they're talking to each other and meet each other in a new context. This kinda parallels Kim and Saul's brief reunion. When Saul and Kim reconnect, it sparks something in both of them.
The night before Kim gets the phone call from Gene, her boyfriend looks at the sky and notes that it looks like it's gonna rain. I think the rain symbolizes that Jimmy is coming, as in the scene with Jesse, Kim has to run through pouring rain to finally get away from Saul.
Imagine watching this show from the very beggining, waiting from year to year for a next season. And next week this show, this whole universe is going to end... Quite a ride huh
Wasn't a fan of BCS in the beginning. I thought it was kinda of slow in s.1 but after I finished it then it became addicting. Now I'm sad the show is ending.
That's me. When I first read that Malcolm's dad was going to be the star of his own show I thought that could be super fun. And then the pilot aired and the whole intro in the desert was absolutely amazing and I was hooked. Really can't believe 1) it has been so long and 2) it really is ending.
A big thing I noticed with Kim in this episode is she can't make a decision! Every time she's asked a question she can't answer with yes or no. In her new life she's very indecisive, which is opposite to the Kim we knew. Even when her coworker asked vanilla or strawberry ice cream, Kim couldn't say which one! Wild.
also these: - the cancer guy had the same cocobolo desk that Jimmy had - the lady sitting next to Kim on the bus is VG's partner who also played Walt's coworker at the high school - Hank also talked about Miracle Whip not being mayonnaise when Mike was listening to their conversations after Walt bugged Hank's office - Kim standing near Alaska and Frontier airline signs was foreshadowing her meeting Jesse later in the episode.
What episode was that when hank was talking about the Whip Vs Mayo? I think your right she will go to Alaska to isolate her self from everyone. Some how she will bump into Jesse Pikman. Jesse will get freaked out and say are you going to call the Pigs? Than the show might end. But I think Walter White will come back as a secret fed agent to find out how to make BLUE.
@@jasonlewis460 5-06. Plus, I didn't mean Kim going to Alaska to meet Jesse. I meant foreshadowing the flashback scene in which she met Jesse in the same episode in front of Saul's office.
Honestly, one of the most telling parts of this whole episode was the fact that Kim didn't tell Cheryl that Saul was still alive. After all that happened and how she reacted, you would think that she's ready to let Saul face the consequences of his actions yet she is still protecting him. She also didn't even let the feds know about the call that she got, not even a tip or anything.
I kinda support this. She's taking responsibility for her own actions and leaving the power with Gene/Jimmy/Saul to hopefully do the same. You're not wrong that leaving Jimmy out of it is a certain variety of negligence, but she's familiar enough with the criminal world to know better than to be a snitch. Which, that's essentially what she'd be doing
She still loves "Jimmy" and thinks that there is still that man she fell in love with underneath it all. You could see it when he signed the papers. She wanted him to say something - anything and she probably would've stayed or at least wouldn't have broken off contact. But Jimmy was too hurt.
She knows Jimmy and she knows exactly how he will react to their phone conversation: self-implosion. This is the days of wine and roses. One of them gets sober. One of them doesn't. Kim knows their conversation will only drive Jimmy to 'drink' again and get caught. Her lying to Howard's wife is Kim just ensuring she doesn't get caught up in the $#!tstorm bound to come soon from Jimmy's guaranteed self implosion. Basically, Kim knows that Jimmy is as good as caught or dead after their conversation, like a pre-AA alcoholic jumping off the wagon guaranteed to drink themsleves to death within 6 months.
The lawyer Kim saw while reflecting on herself, could also be the same girl who didn't get the grant at HHM and whom Saul gave the motivation speech to snatch it for herself.
You missed two Easter eggs. 1 is the talk of Miracle Whip vs Mayo being briefly talked about by Hank in his office when Mike was listening in on his conversations with the wire tap. 2 the really cool one with Jesse mentioning that Combo stole a baby Jesus from a manger was already talked about by Hank in BB s2e13 after Combo already died but found out he was slinging the blue stuff, he mentioned his only arrest was stealing that baby Jesus
A friend pointed out to me that when Gene is knocking on Marion's door there is a loaf of bread on the table with the word "WHITE" facing our direction, which may be a reference to Walter White and 'I am the one who knocks'
@@mixed-media Those aren't theories just references. Predictions are the things that are truly annoying in this fan base. Remember the Kim will be Wendy theory.
There's another easter egg you forgot to mention. The scene with the two police officers in their car. One says to the other "Why do you persist in ordering fish when we're 1,400 miles away from the nearest ocean?" That reminds Breaking Bad when Hank says to Marie about her order "Two days drive to the nearest ocean and you're eating raw fish... it's all I'm saying." during dinner.
The card that Kim signs is a cat card that says "You're purrr-fect and I'm not kitten!". I just so happened to be rewatching a few episodes and noticed that when Mike steals the Madrigal dude's security card and is in the break room with those two guys talking about Muhammad Ali vs Bruce Lee, he is also asked to sign a birthday card. The card is a cat card that says "Have a purr-fect Birthday." and is shot in kinda the same way. Happens in episode 4/1 at like 37 minutes. Not sure if there is any significance but, kinda neat.
Same thing happened to me - I only realised this after rewatching S4E1. This is how the writers play with our subconscious, giving us subtle deja vus even if we don't consciously notice the references... it's definitely not random, they wanted to point out that Kim is not being her real self in Florida.
I agree, those cops just parked there to eat their sandwiches. I don’t think the dude had called the cops or realized that he’d been robbed yet when he woke up while Jimmy was in the house.
I love how you dissected the birthday card regarding the signed names--Awesome! And catching Walter's co-worker as being the same woman who comforted Kim on the bus--genius!
One other thing that makes me even happier with this show is to think that young screenwriters are watching it and learning and... even improving (if it were possible) it, in the future. The writers' legacy will remain for a long long time, so hope we all!
When Kim’s new boyfriend was doing the hankypanky with Kim and he kept saying “yep” all I could think about was Kevin’s dad. Poor Kim. Fates worse than death for sure.
@@jasonlewis460 Oh how dare she clear the name of a guy whom she defamed into a coke addict. How dare she snitch on her ex husband whom is definitely not already on the run because he helped a mass murdering drug lord. I think we can tell whom has never gotten laid in this thread lol.
It was implied that her new guy was in no way her intellectual equal. I doubt if he even knew she'd been a lawyer. So hard for Kim to have to repress so much of who she is.
I didn’t take Kim’s confession as being selfish at all. She couldn’t tell the truth until she found out Mike, Lalo and Gus were all dead. Nobody alive to retaliate. Also, I took Gene staying behind as an effort to make it look like a burglary to distract from the identity theft. If the dude saw a broken window, he’d immediately wonder what was stolen. He’d see the watches were gone and probably leave it at that.
See you understand the show, unlike the misogynist host of this show and a large percentage of BCS Jimmy fan boys. In interviews the show creator and writer of Ep. 12 discuss Kim's reasons for turning herself in and it was NOT selfish or for personal gain. He made clear that K was consumed with guilt and self-loathing for her part in the Howard scam. Jimmy went from narcissist to sociopath and doesn't feel guilt or empathy.
💯 on your Kim take The phone call pushed her to go ahead + face the consequences. She'd live forever in that fake miserable existence if she didn't finally come forward and own up to it
I don't think Kim confessed solely out of personal gain. She did it because it's the right thing to do as far as taking responsibility. I think coming clean is important to her after all these years of bottled up guilt, and after seeing Saul do the opposite (ran away, too smart to throw his life away), even if it means legal prosecution. This alone is extremely unselfish and incidentally Kim saying to Howard his actions were unfair to Jimmy wasn't true entirely. Howard thought it was the right thing to do, it was his way of dealing with it, which you said yourself in your Howard video.
Kim snitched so she can clear her conscious; exactly what Howard did. This is true, she was one of the most likeable characters for always protecting Jimmy. Now she is a two face; who snitched on Jimmy and started sleeping with that YUP guy. Sad KIm
@@jasonlewis460 Snitched? You must be a Jimmy fan boy apologist. Jimmy is in far bigger trouble with the feds. The Howard scam is nothing to the police. If Jimmy is caught he'll go away to prison for life over his federal crimes. Kim confessed to clear Howard's name. It was the honorable thing to do. Honorable is something Jimmy can't relate to. He's a sociopath. So strange how guys are vilifying Kim while fan boy fawning over JSG.
@@jasonlewis460 I think your time would be better spenton something going to school and getting an education instead of watching this show because it's clearly wasted on someone like you. I don't even want to explain, it would be pointless I'd reckon.
@TheMrSnyder its a fucking retarded idea. What happens when that glass gets swabbed for DNA? They would have swabbed saul's office and house, so once the Database matches the samples, they'll know saul Goodman is in Nebraska.
I’ve gotta say I would NEVER expect another show to match or even Surpass BB… but Better Call Saul did. And I absolutely Love It!!! 🥰 It makes me very sad to think next week will be the last episode… but all good things come to an end 🙂
The whole show was intense, but to witness the officers talking about the fish taco and then Jeffy being scared to the point he crashes his car. I'm still laughing at that scene, but the show as you all know is brilliant.
@@Anvar2308 I'm pretty sure Jeff panicked and tried to flee. He didn't need to wreck his cab to distract those officers... and he crashed the cab less than a block away from the cancer patient's house.
[EL CAMINO SPOILER] Finale Prediction for Saul!! Sorry so long but it's worth it!! I had a prophetic epiphany while watching your comparisons between BB and BCS! As a result - I truly believe that Jimmy/Saul/Gene will die next episode. I'd bet on it! Why? There are SO many similarities between the 2 shows and I think this will extend to the demise of the characters as well. This, the penultimate episode had Kim (2nd lead character in BCS) meet Jesse (2nd lead character in BB). This moment, this seemingly extraneous and frivolous exchange in the rain - smashes the connection together between the 2 series and foretells the future/future demise of all the lead characters. In this episode, Kim has faced her demons (legally, personally, emotionally) and can now continue on with life, having to live with what she has done. Jesse (2nd lead character in BB/primary character in EC) also gets to carry on with life, having to live with what he has done. SIMILARLY - Walter, main character of BB, dies. It was the only real conclusion ever available to Walt - rather no, to Heisenberg. Heisenberg truly was the main character at the end, not Walt anymore. Both lead characters of BB and BCS changed personas *deep down* in them (not just a façade name change). Walt --> Heisenberg and Jimmy --> Saul. Gene never seeped so far into Jimmy/Saul that he could keep existing. He was a real façade. This connection between the lead characters sets a very strong precedent that they lead a path connected/mirrored. As such - Jimmy/Saul/Gene - has shown throughout BCS that he cannot live a life of façade, and he can't face his legal transgressions because he'll be in jail forever and he will simply never do that. (he even reiterated how foolish that would be to Kim on the phone in this episode). SO - Such as Walt/Heisenberg - the main character of Better Call Saul will also die in the finale. Jimmy will die in the finale. Saul Gone in the finale.
You can actually get completely blank jigsaw puzzles. They are really difficult and challenging, especially if its the same colour both sides. I think this would be the type of puzzle Kim with her high intellect would enjoy.
Best BCS recaps on RU-vid. Great job putting all this together. 👊 Saul was not just being greedy to go back and steel something. He had to steel something. Can't have the cancer guy wake up and find a broken window and nothing missing. Broken window and stolen Rolex is a better story for the cops and they would never suspect bank info was stolen.
It's worth pointing out that Kim is not married to the guy she's with in FL since he leaves at the end of the night. Couple that with Kim saying she'd file the divorce papers next day while in Saul's office in the BrBa flashback, and I think that's a hint that they might still legally be married.
She did refer to Jimmy as her "ex-husband" when confessing to Howard's wife. Then again, she lied as told Howard's wife she didn't know if Jimmy were still alive... so, who knows
I agree! I don’t think she filed the papers, and if they are still married she can’t testify against him. If she would have told Jimmy that Lalo was still alive after she met with Mike, Howard would not have been killed. She was “Having to much fun”.
Somebody online pointed out that, on the Monopoly board-game board, waterworks is the last utility space you can pass before you hit the “go to jail” space. Interesting…
I found another Easter Egg, in relation to Combo being arrested for stealing the Baby Jesus, from the Nativity scene. This same crime was committed by Kevin Bacon in the Move “DINER”. In this film, Bacon was a very intelligent guy, who throws it away with his Devil May care attitude. He also has an older Brother who is super straight and despised him.
The way Kim slides the paper over to Howards exwife is very similar to the way Walt slided the GPS coodinates over to Skyler the last time he saw her in the kitchen.
This might very well be my new favorite episode of the show so far. It's kinda sad it's coming to the end soon. But then again....it's nice to find out how it all is going to end. Very mixed feelings now. Could be the best series I have ever watched.
When Kim was driving to her new job in Florida she took a left turn unlike when she was forced to kill Gustavo she went straight avoiding the police making a left-hand turn. This choice is shown later again when she felt so guilty for Howard's death after calling Jimmy that she turned herself in making the "left" turn.
There’s really no confirmation for it, but I really want to believe that the woman Kim saw at the courthouse was Kristy Esposito. I feel like the timeline would match up, and I always saw a lot of parallels between her story and Kims. (Especially after that flashback in 606.)
This is an awesome thought! Stuff like this is why I like reading the comments on Kiwi's BB/BCS videos. Usually I think the comments section on RU-vid is worse than concentrated poison 😂
This episode has the best ending of BCS yet, tied with Granite State from breaking bad. Just when Gene opens the laptop and the Saul Goodman ad pops up, and we as an audience know, it’s over. When gene grips the phone cord I thought he was gonna kill Marian, that would have been a crazy dark turn for his character. Instead he runs, I think either he’ll come forward or be caught and Ed will be dead or unavailable to save him
The hoover guy will have a apprentice and he will send Saul Goodman to Alaska. This is where Jesse and Saul Goodman will see eachother. Than Jesse will say "You got my money BYOOOOTCCChh"
@@papahamdrew9962 No body knows anything about ED but he did have to have several people in his operation. Also I would think he had to have a apprentice at one point. Someone needs to continue the operation. That type of business never finishes.
@@jasonlewis460 @Jason Lewis Ed probably instructed that guy not to help previous clients a second time, especially ones who call him in the middle of hiding, back out then get the cops on themselves.
@@jasonlewis460 - maybe he retired and sold the 'business', and the vacuum shop as well. The phone calls that come in are high dollar so someone will take over business.
One detail that caught my ear i havent heard in any video so far. During the bbq at kims house, the song played in the background is the pina colada song jimmy used as an excuse to film at the elementary school in season 4 or 5
Great video as always. The lady that played Walt's co-worker at the assembly and the lady that sits near and consoles Kim on the bus is Vince Gilligan's long time girlfriend/partner, Holly Rice. Vince mentioned this on the latest Better Call Saul Insider Podcast for 612.
Marion was such a secluded and stubborn person, never letting anyone help her or letting anyone in. She trusted Gene, let him in her house, made him her friend. Gene probably pushed her back into never talking to any strangers ever again for the remainder of her life.
Good point. "Jimmy doesn't mean to do it. He just can't help himself. He causes damage and then leaves everyone else to pick up the pieces." Chuck McGill in Season 2
Love how in ‘Nippy’ Gene tells Jeff that he doesn’t have to call him dad, yet…then in ‘Waterworks’ Jeff is referring to Gene as Dad over the phone lolllll
Loving the season so far. Kim's new life and her inability to make any decisions of her own was one of the saddest parts of this episode to me. Can't wait for the finale!
What are you talking about? How is she unable to make decisions? She obviously decided to move to FL, decided to get a job at the sprinkler company, decided to date that guy, made all those sprinkler related decisions in the montage, and most obviously decided to return to Albuquerque.
@@wyomingptt I always hesitate to participate in RU-vid commentary because someone always misinterprets or exaggerates a persons OPINION. I think Kim not being able to decide about something as simple as mayonnaise or her choice of friends or relations (weird boyfriend) was a polar opposite from the strong, DECISIVE lawyer she used to be. She wasn't happy with any of those situations and was unable to DECIDE to do anything to change them. Hope you continue to enjoy the show and all of the many interpretations people have on its themes and characters.
@@djcyberia --It may not mean much, but I thought the same thing. We see her researching about the sprinkler head and even going to the plant, all impersonal but the more personal, she deferred to everyone or just being noncommittal. It made me sad, she couldn’t have been more opposite of her former self. When she was facing Cheryl, hardly a spare word, yet straightforward w/o appearing to be sorrowful or submissive either, then the ‘yep’ made me smile. I’m going to miss this show so much.
Pina Collada was also sung by Jimmy when they filmed a commercial of Saul in front american flag in a school (second season). He lied that the author of song graduated from it to buy time for a shot.
Men: Get a clue: NEVER buy a woman you love an appliance of any kind for a holiday or birthday present. I once had a boyfriend give me the "BEST Steam Iron" ever! I NEVER iron my clothes. If they need pressing, they go to the laundry/dry cleaners. Anything I wash at home is folded (like Jeans and T-shirts).
When I saw the Cheryl Hamlin actress in the credits, I thought the opening was Cheryl and Howard as a newlywed couple. It took me a while to realize it was Kim with a new boyfriend.
Another thing that threw me off was them talking about Miracle Whip like it's some new thing. That shits been around forever. I actually prefer it to mayonnaise..
When Gene/Saul was telling Kim " Gus is in the ground, mike is in the ground, lalo is in the ground, apparently", how the heck does Kim know who Fring/Gus is? I thought she was never made aware of who she was sent to go kill/shoot?
Gus Fring was first revealed as a kingpin on the news just after the nursing home bombing, and then almost certainly got referenced plenty when Walter White’s empire was revealed at the end of breaking bad. It isn’t unlikely that Kim will have been following this stuff as soon as Saul/Jimmy’s role was also revealed and he went on the run.
Because the news would have shown that he was a drug kingpin. They also mentioned hector's death. Hector Salamanca, lalo salamanca, drug kingpin, doesn't take a genius to connect the dots.
@@Aa-_-Zz I respect that .. But she thought Gus was the black body double that Gus hired , remember when she hilariously pointed at him and was like. “ I was sent to shoot him” .. she would’ve saw the news article and saw a totally different man than the one she saw . Also We’ve never seen Saul or fring in any scene together , and mike was super secretive and never explained to Saul who he works for and who wanted to make sure Lalo got his bail money. Nevertheless still an awesome episode
I wish there is a scene at Hank's home with Jesse(in BB timeline). We know how Walt got caught. Jesse could be the one who rats out about Saul along with other things at Hank's home. There is no other reason to link Saul with heisenberg.
I agree, but for me is more interesting and also important to see the conversation between Saul and Walter about the Brock poisoned issue, if we watch all again, that is the real reason and motivation for Jesse to leave Ed spot and cooperate with Hank
I'd say Mike is the link since Kim mentioned him in that letter. If anything Kim is the link because of Lalo and Gus, etc. Also, Saul represented Jesse when he bought the house. I think lawyer -client confidentiality is gone at that point, especially if Jesse's parents told the authorities.
I think Jeff crashing was a reference to Ted Beneke breaking his own neck when he didn't need to, in a moment of panic. I don't think Jeff did that to save Gene.
Didn't think of Ted, but I for sure thought that was comic relief. And to show how much of an amateur Jeff is. He panicked, tried to speed away and instantly lost control of the car. He wasn't thinking about saving Gene in that moment, he was thinking about saving himself.
Yes exactly, I don’t know why so many people think Jeff would get himself in trouble to save Gene? After the show has consistently portrayed Jeff as an amateur.
Easter eggs: The divorce paper scene establishes that Kim declined her half of the Sandpiper settlement in the divorce, even though the money arrived while she was still married to Jimmy. She was well-compensated from her brief time at Schweikart & Cokely, and that was likely all she needed to start over and buy that little house in Florida. The altered main title sequence gets another wrinkle this week, as it concludes with a half-second, warped glimpse of a shot of Kim standing at the curb at the Albuquerque airport from later in the episode. Finally, as Kim is leaving the office, Saul refers to Francesca as “Sweet Cheeks.” This fits with some of the gross nicknames he used for her on Breaking Bad. Gene being trapped in the bedroom when Mr. Lingk wakes up evokes Lalo being stuck in Werner Ziegler’s home office when his widow unexpectedly returned to the house. Rupert Holmes’ “Escape (The Piña Colada Song)” plays at Kim’s backyard barbecue, after Jimmy used Holmes as a pretext for filming a commercial at an elementary school with an enormous American flag. At work, Kim places a reflective sun shield on her car’s dashboard that evokes Chuck’s space blankets.
Miracle whip is a call back to BrBa 506 when Mike is listening to the wiretap in Hank's office when he goes on the rant about how just cause it looks like mayo doesn't make it mayo.
👍👍 EXCELLENT video!! Stellar episode, the sex scene was Hilarious but what was truly heartbreaking was Howard's wife reading the affidavit.. That was tough to see, poor guy and everything he had accomplished in life was burned to the ground after what Saul & Kim did him. Also just how Saul is Really Really cold blooded. CAN NOT wait til next Monday
When Kim broke down on the bus she captured that feeling perfectly to me. I've been in that exact spot, everything hits and you can't escape your thoughts. Fuck. It was perfect
How about that look shared between Kim and Francesca, when she yelled "he hasn't papers"? Kind of a knowing smirk of resignation for where she found herself compared to their beginnings at "Wexler and McGill". I can actually see there being a Francesca spin-off :)
In season 6 episode 4 when Gus is walking through his houses, the decoy couple in the second house are putting together a puzzle, when the man says something to the effect of (the audio is in the background almost with the music) "All the pieces look the same". Kim is living a decoy life. I could be reading way more into what I'm seeing, but puzzles as a connection seems deliberate.
Wow! Another great video. Not sure if you mentioned/noticed the bit where Gene is driving and singing along to the song on the radio. He gets the lyrics wrong - a metaphor to show how things aren't going to plan/ his carelessness. Very clever writing, as always.
I paused the video at the disecting the birthday card part to like this video. You sir are a legend, the analysis is outstanding BRAVO!! Right, back to it. Great video man.
I believe the woman on the bus/Walt's former co-worker is Holly Rice, Vince Gilligan's wife (or long-time girlfriend, I'm not sure if they're married). Holly White was named after her. Also Todd's apartment in El Camino is at the intersection of Holly Avenue and Arroz Road (Arroz means rice). It's kind of interesting to think she's the one comforting Kim.
I still think this is the greatest episode of BCS. The finale for me is already not as good. If this is the last we see of Kim I'm OK with that. I think going foward gene is in some trouble. And given how he's handled tough times in the past, he's probably going to continue to run unfortunately. Redemption is not in his future. He refused all help in this series. Why would he start now?
Because the episode is called “Saul gone”. His fake persona aka his poisonous coping mechanism that are Saul Goodman and Gene Takovic are all gone now since he’s been made by Marion. The only thing left is a broken man named Jimmy McGill, represented by Suzuki Esteem’s ruin in the desert that is now being discovered after all those years.
Kim saying theres no physical evidence, then the teaser being the esteem getting lifted out, leads me to believe Jimmy and kim end up spilling all the beans and Jimmy remembering dumping the shot up esteem and using that as the evidence the authorities need
One suggestion for future analysis videos, could you maybe have a sound effect or something between details? Sometimes I listen to these in the background and the fast-paced editing can sometimes make it sound like the ending of one detail and the beginning of another are in the same sentence. Either way, you make some of the best BCS content anywhere and your eye for detail is amazing! Keep up the awesome work and I can't wait to see what you have in store for the finale!
Dude your insights and attention to the details are unsurpassed. I thought I was observant, but you my friend are on a whole other level entirely. Thank you for all you do!!
Detail #8: A very similar birthday card also with the "purr-fect" pun has been used in Better Call Saul Season 4 Episode 1 when Mike shows presense in the office of Madrigal
