There is an invisible wall in there, so you can't get in... But by using some mods (only in PC) the shard is "Nomad Cookbook from 2034" The same shard can be found in the Aldecaldo's Camp near Rocky Ridge. It tells a recipe for "opossum roast"... Hope it helped!
