Like the title, is really a dream house. The outside is amazing with that view, the garden and the pool, is to spend the whole summer outside of the house! Alrhought the house is so lighting and warm. And Santa Margherita....i think i left a part of my heart there....😍 Congratulations to the entire team for the presentations they make. Very good way to show the properties.

We love staying in SML - Hotel Villa Anita run by the Tarella family - and often exercise from there to Portofino. Stefanie, this house is just lovely on the Italian Riviera ! Sensational design, views and elevated positioning. A perfect location to drink in views of the mare.

Truly a dream property...sea view properties are my favourites...I really like the fact that the property is not easily noticable from those drone shots.. a perfect hidden retreat for wealthy 🤑.. Steffanie is as always magnificent dreamy ❤️
This is such a spectacular property 💕 love that it’s surrounded with lush greenery and I can just imagine lounging around the pool or verandas or in the gardens with that magnificent view and the chirping of the cicadas especially in the summer ✨ what a perfect place to live in!
Door frames are painted. It wouldn't look out of place in my modern bungalow in Ireland. Base colour, several fine brushes and contrasting colours for veining, dry brush without paint to soften the lines. Give it a couple of coats of polyurethane varnish for protection and cleaning. No attention needed for years.

Beautifully put together house. Whether a talented owner or an interior designer, I wouldn't want to change anything. Well, beyond claiming the ground floor dining room as my art studio. With food delivery, I'd never have to leave. Lol I've never wanted to just move into a house before. Blown away.
I think they might be... cicadas? I'm not sure. I am in Australia and had family living on tropical islands.... lots of happy memories of that intense sound. It is just coming out of winter where I am now, and that sound makes me think of endless summer! It's maybe a little intense if you are watching with earphones/buds, though. And if you are not used to it. I appreciate that. But for many of us, that noise is THE sound of summer and nostalgia :-)
Yes exactly they are cicadas, also in Italy they are common to find in the summer months. I realise that it is not the most soothign of sounds but I can asssure you that once you are there and surrounded by the sound you stop noticinig it almost immediately. If i had i Villa like this, people would think that i'm dead, i'd never leave, look at this, it is a peace of heaven on earth, beautiful place with a GOOORGEOUS view, i love it, and the city is amaaazing i really need to visit Santa Margherita. hi stef..... thanks because you give us the chance,for another time to see a beautifull villa and of course the italian landscape!!! portofino is {paradise}... well,,,i think this property is suitable for everyone.. either for a couple,either for a big family or someone who loves to accommodates friends..... but allow me to tell you that i would like to see more details in video about rooms,bathrooms or other places of proeperty,,,,,,{i understand the property is big...} but surelly many people like me would like to have more {completed picture.} by by 😊😊😊
I would like to buy all properties that you so wonderfully present. Unfortunately is this one of the most expensive places in Italy, so this dream will not come true.
@@medz18 For some reason it seems even noisier indoors, white noise it ain't, not everywhere in Italy sounds like that, would give this one a miss no matter how good it looks, couldn't relax with that noise going on all the time.
The Blue Flowers are called Plumbago...they are so pretty, and very hard to place in the Garden as it is such an odd blue...These make the Property so Delightful! Colorful but Sticky, you don't want to touch Plumbago, it is just nice to look at! :) I have avoided planting this in my Garden, it really needs a Special place for itself! Like this House!
Yeah...they were really working with that Blue, and going inside too with the Coral as the main colors! It flows...Plumbago Blue to the Coral Pink! ....Favoloso!

I am looking for the most inspirational location with first and foremost, the kindest, friendliest down home, down to earth people.
