Just a note, after seeing the first video of this property filmed by the other agency I thought it was really nice but it had no cozy spot to watch TV or lay on the couch... all the areas seemed too formal. But then I discover, on your video that there is a TOP floor, perfect for watching TV, lounging on the sofa and catching a movie before bedtime. Great video, subscribed!!
I think I may have to move to Italy? The lady presenter is, well...beautiful, cute, elegant, sophisticated, etc, etc, coupled with her Italian, my mind and heart explode....that's new for me, never done that before. Anybody else thinking the same thing or just me?

And as proof as to how much of an asset to your company you are in the way you present these properties for sale, I’d happily pay an additional 5 million if by some remote possibility, you were to be included with the property and become its Queen…with all due respect of course 😊

There is just something about refurbished historic properties, they have a wonderful charm to them. The view was breath taking. Ladies amazing video tour as always. P.S. will there be an updated tour anytime soon of Palazzo Serristori?
This was fun to watch, with two hosts. The property is perfect in every way it seems, every area of it was gorgeous, that detail of the marble painting on the stairs! Well, all the walls are beautifully painted. If you’re found staring at the walls, it’s not that you’re abstracted, you’re admiring. 14:22 I liked this sequence.. The video quality is great, I think from 3 videos ago, lighting and color are more vibrant.
