In my town where I grew up they have a Persian restaurant and the food is delicious. I'm not a big fan of coriander though, I'm glad there isn't much in Persian food, traditional Persian food, er is there? Coriander tastes like frigging soap to me and I'm not alone. I just can't get enough of Persian culture. I'm a big fan of the ancient Persians such as Cyrus the great!
