Hidden Thermal Spring and a Mine Adit in Angeles National Forest

I decided to go to a hot spring and check out a mine adit in the Angeles National Forest this morning before the heat wave this weekend. I forget how nice it is since I don't go all that often. The mine was a little shorter than I thought it would be so I decided to spend a little more time at the springs.
I'm not going to share where this is (at least beyond it being in the Angeles National Forest). I saw someone post something about the spring and about where it is publicly, which is beyond what I am doing here. If the location is know I'm worried that it'll get tagged up and that there will be a bunch of people flocking over here from Los Angeles leaving trash and what not.
The main message of this is that I share details about spots at my discretion, but if there are spots you want me to keep secret, I certainly will if you let me know before. They can't be publicly well know areas like Eaton Canyon Falls or large tributaries like like Big Tujunga, but if there are particular spots that you'd like me to refrain from sharing that are less well know, I am a respectful person and will refrain from doing so if you let me know before hand. I find a lot of amazing spots that are less well know so if you have spots like this that you think are special, don't think I won't find them. It's really up to you at the end of the day. There are many spots in the area that I don't share on my channel that are much more amazing than this.

Thanks, I was hoping to do more of a mine video but that didn't really happen this time. At least the frog was there to say hi. I also love the spring. I'm sure the location will get out eventually. I'm planning on going to more spots I can share soon.

That would be nice! I went to a few other hot springs earlier this year when it was cooler out. At least I got here in the the morning before it really got hot. My initial plan was to explore a mine, but the mine wasn't what I had hoped it would be. It was still interesting on the inside despite not going back all that far.

There are so many treasures here. It's satisfying to know that there are always going to be more awesome places for me to find as long as I'm looking.

I love this spot! I wish the mine went back a little further though. Not quite as epic as some of the others in the area.
