The difference is the way the overall medical system works. Here you get to choose your insurance and doctor to meet your medical needs. With all the jobs, (even minimum wage) offering all these different insurance options there is no reason for anyone in America to not have insurance unless they are just lazy or entitled. The biggest difference is the tax rate. With universal healthcare Russians are paying farr less taxes than Us citizens, who in turn are paying far less than European taxes. Also you can get private insurance and doctor for that in Russia, it just costs more, as it should.
@Matthew_Loutner

Are you joking?? Americans earn on average about 5 times more than Russians earn. The average American earns $5000 a month and pays $700 a month for full coverage medical insurance.

@@Ozark-nq9uu The overall difference is in the wealth of the country - its natural resources and REAL economy. Russia is much richer in resources than States and it has nominally smaller but REAL economy. USA does not have real economy. Plus it lives at the cost of spreading their sky rocketing inflation among all those, who still agree to that. Wipe your ass with your dollars before the dollar system crashes in one-two years and enjoy you insurances, if you ever be able to get it.

Nothing is exactly free but Russia does have a simplified tax code that adheres to the Laffer principle. The US where I'm from ignores this principle believing the higher the tax rate, the greater the revenue. We have a progressive tax rate ranging from 10% up to 37% rather than a flat tax.
@dmitrysapelnikov
@dmitrysapelnikov 3 дня назад
First, the Russian state did finally introduce a stepping tax scheme this year. Second, if you're an ordinary employee you pay a whopping 33% tax rate, not 13% the Russian state bragging about. The catch here is the fact that in most European countries tax rates include all employee payments to the state budget, while in Russia extra 20% are paid to the medical and pension funds by employers. These tax payments are kinda hidden and only a small amount of people are well-aware of this fact. By the way, VAT in Russia is pretty high too.

@NirVana13
@NirVana13 13 дней назад
Traditionally, it is believed that there are more women in Russia than men, but this statement is not always true. In childhood and at a young age, up to 30-35 years old, the strong half of humanity outnumbers the weak. And then there is a turn in the other direction. This ratio has not changed for more than a century. - There are 992 women per 1,000 men in the 30-34 age group, and 1,021 women in the 35-39 age group. With each subsequent age group, there are fewer men," explains Pavel Smelov, head of the Statistical Service of Russia. But among newborns, there are 945 girls per thousand boys (2019 data). The statistics of the same year for the age population over 70 years shows a critical gap: there are 2.2 thousand women per thousand men.

What's the point? People pay 13% taxes, self imployed pay 6%. Deductions of the employer shouldn't bother you. When you are getting hired you know exactly your salary after taxes. Those who don't have an official job, don't pay taxes. If you don't work there is no deductions you are talking about at all but you will get same medical services, schools and kindergartens and a minimum pension etc.

@@user-xe1pr3it9l It looks like you are the cleverest, aren't you? For some reason I doubt it. If it were the case, you wouldn't be giving advice under the video of a beginner, but would make decisions about pension age yourself.

yeah 120,000 (out of 140 mil.) flee in the first year, by now 80,000 already came back since they are unwanted in the West :'D You're talking about 0.1% but make it seem like half the country is gone.. on the other hand, Ukraine had approx 45 mil population in 2022, now it's at 22, gee I wonder what happened.

Same reason people from any post-ZSRR country come to West. Currency ratio. A few years of earning in £ or € and you can build/buy house in your home country or just work abroad a few months, then go back for a half year and chill. ;)

Wow, who would know if you hadn’t shared. We should all be Russians. It must work perfect over there, --- if you are a party member, what is it, one out of seven. What about the other six? I bet, not so smugly. Thanks for the propaganda, nice of you to share. Seriously, I am sure it is a beautiful country, but I’m not sure about the rest of the story. Maybe that is why Ukrainians are interested in visiting Kursk. Please welcome them

Such channels appearing right now more and more…coincidences? For sure, not! It’s part of a program Russia is spreading now, manpower required! 2 years ago and before, there was not a single channel like this. I told in another comments a bit more, having been there several times…
