Your title is misleading it should state Hidden X-Men "card back" found under deck cover (someone pocketed that figure, is my guess). A better managed Target never let's deck covers get that trashed out underneath. Employees typically are the culprit hiding merch underneath them, waiting for the deep discount coupled with their employee discount, the catch is Asset Protection gets a flag that item sold to an employee as Target does track an employees purchase history.
